100 Pond Bay's six stunning pavilions are linked together like a string of pearls on a bluff overlooking Pond Bay and Savanna Bay Beaches and beyond, a spectacular wide-angle panorama of blue sparkling seas punctuated by the green island of Tortola and the many islets and cays of the British Virgin Islands.
At one end of the property is the grand king Master Suite Pavilion, which boasts its own private cocktail pool. Fully air-conditioned, this luxurious master suite is the largest bedroom/bath suite at 100 Pond Bay. It includes a Bose iPod dock, satellite TV and DVD player, Wi-Fi for your laptop, telescope, a safe for valuables, spacious stone indoor and outdoor showers with Speakman shower heads (the alfresco shower also has a little secret garden), a completely private covered terrace with ocean and sunset vistas, and a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. This secluded romantic pavilion may be rented for just two for an enchanting and extravagant five-star lovers' getaway.
Adjoining the Master Suite Pavilion are four equal-sized bedroom/bath pavilions in a row, each with air-conditioning and a fabulously comfortable king-sized bed dressed in luxury linens. Each of these four superior pavilions features a Bose iPod dock, MP3 player, an iPhone charger and iPod player, satellite TV and DVD player, Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, coffeemaker, wet bar, villa bathrobes, a hair dryer, and a safe for valuables and your laptop. All five of these bedroom suites are creatively designed for complete privacy from the neighboring suites. Each suite has its own private entrance and parking, a sitting area, and a private covered patio for two overlooking landscaped gardens and the grand expanse of sun-spangled views of Pond and Savanna Bays as well as the Atlantic's blue, turquoise and purple ocean laced with white surf.
At the other end of this property is the Main Pavilion which houses dining and sitting areas and the gourmet kitchen. The striking kitchen is beautifully equipped with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Viking Range, an ice machine, and two wine fridges prestocked with a selection of excellent red and white wines. A wine price list is provided so you can decide what vintages you'll select and consume. The Main Pavilion also offers a dramatic gallery off to the side, kissed by cooling island sea breezes, for dining or lounging with a view. Two fabulous pools with infinity edges, which melt into sublime sea views, front the Main Pavilion's pool grotto. The smaller pool has a soothing waterfall feature which cascades into the larger pool.
Right below the Main Pavilion is an air-conditioned home gym containing a treadmill, a cycle with bike computer, a universal weight machine and yoga mats.
100 Pond Bay is an architectural dream, perfectly framing the always-spellbinding drama of light, sea and sky of the British Virgin Islands. Just below this imposing private home are Pond Bay and Savanna Bay Beaches, two of Virgin Gorda's most spectacular strands of silvery white sands meeting gin-clear water. Guests at 100 Pond Bay may use the deeded walking path to access Pond Bay Beach, or may simply drive down to Savanna Bay Beach in less than a minute. Guests also have the use of the villa's two ocean kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards (SUPs) with a liability waiver signed in advance of arrival. Virgin Gorda's holiday pleasures also include snorkeling, day sails, fishing, parasailing, SCUBA diving - or just relaxing and tanning with a book and cocktail poolside with family and friends.

Air-conditioning throughout all five bedroom pavilions + in home gym; Wi-Fi throughout the property for your laptop. A BVI cell phone loaded with a $50 starter credit is offered for guests' convenient use. Villa manager's office below (with its own separate entrance) has a 4-in-one printer/scanner/copier/fax machine available to print boarding passes. Gourmet kitchen in Main Pavilion has Sub-Zero refrigerator, 48-inch Viking Range, Viking ice machine, dishwasher + 2 wine fridges stocked with a selection of excellent red + white wines with a price list (you pay for what you select and consume). All bedroom suite pavilions have a mini-fridge conveniently prestocked with items for purchase, coffeemaker, wet bar, bathrobes, Egyptian cotton towels and luxury linens, hair dryer, complimentary L'Occitane bathroom toiletries + a safe for valuables (large enough for laptops).
Air-conditioned HOME GYM has Livestrong LS13.0 Treadmill with input + stereo speakers, Livestrong LS9.91C Indoor Cycle with bike computer + Hoist VI Premier Home Gym Universal Weight Machine + yoga mats. 100 POND BAY ALSO HAS a gas grill; assorted snorkel gear, rolling coolers + umbrellas for the beach; automatic generator; 2 ocean kayaks and 2 SUPS (stand-up paddle boards) on Pond Bay Beach (use of which requires a signed Liability Release). Housekeeper will assist with guests' personal laundry upon request.
Rental Notes
As of winter/spring 2012, a new home with pavilions is being built just below 100 Pond Bay. Some construction noise may be heard up at 100 Pond Bay, especially if you are outside on the terraces (however, we did find while at this villa that the wind and the sound of the surf on Pond Bay below muffles some of the noise).ﾠConstruction activity can vary from day to day. But if you would like further details on the current status of this activity, please inquire, and we'll be happy to obtain the latest progress report for you.
For one couple, you may rent just 100 Pond Bay's romantic and private Master Suite (Pavilion 1) and home gym exclusively - the other pavilions will NOT be rented while Pavilion 1 is being rented. Pavilion 1 is the largest air-conditioned bedroom/bath suite and also offers a fully-equipped kitchen with Sub-Zero fridge, 6-burner gas range, a Jura-Capresso Espresso maker, its own non-chlorine cocktail pool, spacious stone indoor and outdoor showers, both with Speakman 8-jet shower fixtures, and a private terrace overlooking the sea - $7000 per week for two, plus the required BVI Hotel Tax and Service Fee. For additional access to 100 Pond Bay's Main Pavilion for two, please ADD an additional rent of $3000 per week, plus BVI Hotel Tax and Service Fee.
For parties of up to eight guests, you may rent Pavilions 2, 3, 4 and 5 (which are equal in size) and the Main Pavilion with its two pools, and the home gym.
Or you may rent the entire 100 Pond Bay property for up to 10 guests, which includes Pavilion 1 (the grand master suite) plus all five other Pavilions (the Main Pavilion, 4 bedroom/bath pavilions, home gym, and three swimming pools).
100 Pond Bay's security officer will check in with guests upon their arrival, and will then be checking the property night-times, but your privacy is of course completely assured.
