You don't have to work hard to relax here. St. Jean Bay views do a lot of it for you, and what it can't handle, the pool does. The villa is equipped with outdoor spaces, including a deck and a covered dining area, to take advantage of the views. The sunsets are particularly recommended. The view follows you inside, especially in the open dining room. The hillside villa is just a 10 minute walk from the beach, a five minute walk from shops, and a ten minute drive to town, where you can shop, dine, score some fresh seafood for dinner, or find a cold cocktail. AUM is a must for couples who want privacy but the chance to do a little people-watching and socializing in town. A second bedroom is available for an additional charge if you want to let someone else in on the fun.
Villa Description
Villa AUM is located in St. Jean with a western view of St. Jean Bay.
The open living area features teak furniture, African art, and views of the pool and bay. The open dining area is adjacent to the living room, which is just beyond the kitchen. On the left, facing the pool, is the master bedroom. This bedroom features large windows, St. Jean Bay views, and an en-suite bath. A deck surrounds the pool.
The villa is close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach and offers privacy and the amenities of St. Jean.
A lower-level second bedroom has an en-suite bath and private terrace with views of St. Jean. This is available for an additional charge.
