Description
Studio, 1- and 2-Bedroom apartments housed in a three story building, nestled in a lush green hillside overlooking the beautiful Labrelotte Bay. From all balconies, there is a panoramic view overlooking the emerald green Caribbean Sea. all apartments have air-conditioning in the bedrooms and all apartments have ceiling fans.Cabel T.V. & WiFi. We have a Lovely swimming Pool in our lush Garden
Apartment Espoir is located in the northern part of the island, 10 minutes drive to the capital of Castries and 3 minutes walk to a beach.
Meals can be made in the apartment, catered or enjoyed at one of the 8 nearby restaurants.
Water sports are available wihtin 5 minutes walking distance. Tours can be arranged by Keith Car rentals are also available here.

This was a major dump.

My girlfriend and I booked a two-month stay at the Espoir and ended up leaving due to the following:
The apartment was a dump! There was a broken toilet seat and no cover for the water tank. We found mildew on the ceiling, and the towels smelled terrible. The floors were uneven, as well.
In addition, Keith (the owner) made sexual remarks towards my girlfriend, which made her feel very uncomfortable. He also owns three dogs that pee and do their business on the grounds and around swimming pool area. There was dog stool everywhere, and no one cleans or picks up after the dogs.
The dogs and neighbors' dogs barked every night during the brief time we stayed. The constant noise every morning due to maintenance work on the balcony was extremely annoying, too.
The BBQ had a large hole in it, so we could not use it. Also, the tiles leading down a very steep hill were broken and very sharp making it difficult and dangerous to get to the pool.
The steps leading to the pool were not parallel creating a very slippery slope.
They attempted to charge us extra, even though we had a signed agreement.
I didn't feel like we were in a safe area. You have to have a car, and the bus stop is a couple of miles away. People entered the apartment unannounced, which I did not like.
Finally, the pictures on the web site are old and don't reflect the current condition of the apartments. The Espoir is a run down dump. We would never go back.

The welcome was great, and the apartment was nice and comfortable.
The house was small, but in a lovely area close to the Caribbean Sea. The view from the balcony was magnificent.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. Special tips: Take a trip in the rainforest or around the island with the owner Keith. Have a breakfast at Espoir and Sabine's selfmade jam.

What a place - and a view! This little paradise was worth it!

We came here just for a holiday, but now we had to leave a small "paradise" in the Caribbean Sea. We liked the beautiful views, nice beaches and palm trees. Thanks for making us feel at home and giving us a place where we can relax, get the help we need and the privacy we want. We have had a wonderful week. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts. We couldn't have asked for better.
