Cozy and charming, Aqua Breeze has lots to offer with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Perhaps the biggest perks are the great sea views, the private pool, and the easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants, nightlife, and more. The villa is located in Pelican Key and is 10 minutes or less from numerous attractions, including water sports. All 3 bedrooms have king beds with en-suite bathrooms, and 2 of the rooms open out on the pool deck. The third bedroom is accessed through an outdoor entry, ensuring privacy for guests. The patio and deck area is comfortable with lots of seating, including a dining set that looks out over the Caribbean Sea.
Villa Description
This three-bedroom, three-bath villa sits high on a hill overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Located in Pelican Key Estates, Aqua Breeze is convenient to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
As you enter the large living and dining areas, you are greeted by views of the sea through sliding glass doors that open to the pool area. The living area has high cathedral ceilings and is furnished with rattan and teak. The dining area has a large circular mahogany table with seating for six. There is a breakfast bar adjacent to the open concept kitchen, which has custom wooden cabinetry accented with deep blue tiles on the countertops as well as new appliances.
On opposite sides of the living and dining areas are two of the three bedrooms. Each has a private, colorfully tiled bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms also open out to the pool deck through sliding glass doors. The third bedroom is an outdoor entry bedroom from the pool deck and also has a private bath.
An outdoor covered dining area is adjoined by a wet bar with its own sink. Teak lounge chairs with colorful cushions surround the ample size pool and make for relaxing spots to sunbathe or enjoy the evening sunsets.
