Bell’mare is a unique property located right on Dawn Beach; in fact, it’s the only home in the area with direct beach access. Recently built in 2004 and comprising 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the home is ideal for couples traveling together or for families. For larger groups (up to 6), privacy is never a concern as each room comes with its own terrace and bathroom. A full kitchen is perfect for snacks and larger meals, which can be enjoyed inside or out on the terrace. An infinity pool looks right over the ocean and is great for hot days, but you may choose to hit the beach instead for swimming and snorkeling.

Bell’mare is Italian for “beautiful sea” and that will be your view from this three-bedroom, three-bath villa. The home sits overlooking Dawn Beach, one of the nicest beaches on the island. Bell’mare is the only home in the gated community of Dawn Beach Estates that has direct beach access.
The home was completed in January of 2004 and was designed with vacationers in mind. The custom-built kitchen is fully supplied and has stainless steel appliances that complement the hardwood cabinetry. The furnishings are almost exclusively imported teak from Indonesia with some rattan as well. Interesting artwork and pottery can be found in every room. All of the wood in the villa (the doors, ceiling, cabinets, stairs and railings) is imported hardwood from South America.
The bedrooms were designed to be equal so the house is great for multiple couples traveling together. One bedroom is on the main living level of the villa and opens out to the pool deck. The other two bedrooms are half a flight of stairs up and half a flight down, respectively. Each of these has a private terrace. All of the bedrooms have king-size beds, air-conditioning, and large custom bathrooms featuring stone showers.
Sea views abound from all rooms in the villa. From the indoor living space, you exit through large sliding glass doors out to the covered gallery with outdoor dining and living spaces surrounding the pool area. The large pool overlooks Dawn Beach with comfortable loungers surrounding it on the sun deck. Two steps down from the sun deck brings you to the covered gazebo with loungers for relaxing in the shade. A staircase from the covered gallery leads down to the water’s edge.
With great views and the beach so close, Bell’mare is the ideal villa for your holiday.

Wireless Internet is available in the villa; however, the connections may not be available in all areas of the villa, but confined to one area of the house. As with all utilities, the internet service is subject to interruption at anytime. You must bring your own laptop computer.

Bell'mare, St. Martin villa review
Bell’mare has wonderful views. It is located in a very secure area on the island with easy driving to areas on the French and Dutch sides. The actual house was clean and well maintained with all of the extr4as that one needs. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
All personnel at WhereToStay were friendly to work with.

House was perfect for 6 people.
View was beautiful.
Beach was at the end of back stairs, so close.
Hotel next door let us use there pool,they had a pool bar drinks where reasonable priced.
The pool at the house was small but nice and clean and did the job.
Oasis restaurant was excellent 10 minutes away.

We are coming back! This was perfect! Beautiful villa overlooking Dawn Beach. We were able to get pretty much anywhere on the island in 20 minutes from here. Having the beach access was amazing! We walked over to the Westin outdoor bar for happy hour each evening. The villa was clean and had a nice island vibe. The concierge helped get us to and from the villa, which was great! Very close to the French side for great food and groceries! 10/10 experience with everyone involved with the villa!
Andrew helped us plan an amazing trip! Excellent service!

Bell'mare, St. Martin villa review
Cannot beat the size of the pool deck as with gorgeous views of Dawn Bay you’ll spend most of your time outside. Everything works great well equipped kitchen and great bath/bedroom comforts.
My wife did most of booking however she was always surprised Betsy would check in on our plans. She even provided a grocery shopping service so that we were able to not have to stop by the store on way back from airport.
