Bora Bora Lower is a bright, nautical villa located directly on Paynes Bay Beach. Guests have easy access to all kinds of water sports, from jet skis to glass bottom boats.

This villa is on the ground floor of a two-story property, and has been tastefully decorated in cool, tropical colors. It’s interiors open to a sunbathed terrace with ocean views, al fresco dining, and loungers. Best of all, the beach is steps away. The fan-cooled, open-plan living and dining room area features a flatscreen TV, plush seating, and dining for six. The kitchen is well equipped with standard appliances and enjoys an ocean view. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have private bathrooms. The master offers a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second suite offers two twin beds that can be made up as a king and an adjacent bathroom. The upper suites are identical. Housekeeping visits six days a week to tidy up.

Bora Bora Lower and Bora Bora Upper can be booked together or separately, ideal for two couples or families. Restaurants are within walking distance, and the nearest shopping center is five minutes away in Holetown.
