Breezy Palms sits on the water’s edge of unspoiled Chalk Sound National Marine Park. The villa is surrounded by palm trees and serene waters, and every room has a breathtaking view of the turquoise waters.
The pool is set in an expansive deck, bordered by a lush tropical setting. Just beyond the deck, a sandy area leads down to the water, where guests can take kayaks down to the boat dock or sunbathe in loungers with a lagoon view. Guests can dine al fresco after grilling a delicious meal on the BBQ, or check out the large recreation room’s pool table, dartboard, wet bar, and cable TV. The villa’s interior is cozy and has screened windows that take in the view. The living room features a big screen TV and stereo system, and the fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances. With four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this villa is perfect for couples or families to share.
This Turks and Caicos villa rental sits on protected parkland, which makes the home more tranquil and private. You can drive to Sapodilla Bay Beach in under 5 minutes and another 10 minutes or so brings you to Grace Bay Beach. Nothing is too far from Breezy Palms.

Chalk Sound Heaven
Breezy Palms, Turks and Caicos villa review
This house was amazing- it had all the amenities we needed as a group of 7 adults. The view of the Chalk Sound was absolutely stunning. We had so much fun using the kayaks to head out to the islands in the sound. There was so much more space than we anticipated and we definitely want to come back!! Thank you for your hospitality!!
