At the estate, guests can dive into the large freshwater pool or slip into the Jacuzzi after sunbathing in the loungers or daybed. There are two al fresco dining areas with seating for 18 and 20, so any occasion can feel special. Compete on the tennis court, workout in the fitness center, or walk down to the beach for the day’s adventures. Water sports equipment are available, including snorkels, paddle boards, water skis, and kayaks. Guests can also sail on the Hobie Cat for a trip around the coast, or explore the island on bicycles.
The villa’s interior is decorated with vivid colors and tropical accents. There are several sitting areas, with access to the wooden deck and ocean views. Sit by the fireplace and watch TV on the flat screen in the living room, or play a round of pool in the colorful game room with an even larger flat screen TV, a library, and a wet bar. The fully equipped kitchen has a large, round table and breakfast bar. There’s a sound system throughout the home that can be connected to guests’ devices. A dedicated guest office has a computer and broadband so guests can send a quick email or finish schoolwork without leaving paradise. The villa’s large bedrooms include walk-in closets, ensuite bathrooms, and air-conditioning. Each room has its own entrance off a covered breezeway, and most rooms have private terraces. The rooms have land-based telephones with free long distance calls to the United States, docking stations, and WiFi.
