We had a fabulous time at Dawn beach. It is located on the perfect beach where we walked out our back door and everyone in our group from experts to beginners snorkeled the reef and could not have asked for more. Our chef was incredible and the day we had a private boat charter it picked us up on our beach behind the villa. We are ready to book again!! Thanks again for making our dream vacation a reality!!

Dawn Beach villa was delightful. It was clean, well appointed, and in a great location. Right on Grace Bay and close to Smith’s Reef and Turtle Cove make this a prime location. The vill staff was great - from the cleaning staff to the maintenance to house manager - all were terrific. The house is laid out very well and makes for a very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend.

As you drive up to the villa you can sense the luxury that awaits. We stayed for a week to celebrate our parents’ 50th anniversary. Cooked every night in the villa and had an amazing time, it has everything you need and more. Keep in mind we had a 1-year-old in tow. Where to Stay helped us get a crib and if needed they had other items for the baby like a highchair and baby gates. Seeing our flight arrived at 12 and check-in was at 4 we needed to get the little one to sleep for a nap at 2 as it had been a long day of travel. The island host allowed us to let the baby take a nap and use one of the rooms as they continued to clean. The house was spotless when the entire family of 7, checked in at 4. The house is simply amazing and the location is beautiful. Everything you need is within a 10-15 min drive anywhere on the island. We highly suggest staying at dawn beach if you have a large family including little ones.

Could not have asked for better interaction and contact. Extremely knowledgeable about the island and the property. Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. And most of all followed up every single time.

Loved the Dawn beach villa. Great location. The house is super nice with a lot of space and nice furnishings. Walk 30 yards on the beach and it completely opens up to a wide clear beach perfect for jogging. My only gripe is the internet and WiFi is pretty weak. An upgraded plan and a few more repeaters throughout the house would make this place perfect.

This February 2020 vacation was the last time my family was all going to be all together before my son left for college. Our group was made up of 2 adults and 4 teens who were 16-18 years old. Two of the teens were friends traveling with us.

Dawn Beach Villa is stunning. It took us a day or two to get a feel for the place, but every moment there was memorable. The kitchen was completely stocked with every gadget and tool you could need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. The A/C worked great, but we only used it at night to sleep.

The villa is set a bit off the ocean. You will definitely need a car to get around - we had two. The villa is set behind automatic gates they give you a code for. You can’t see the ocean from the pool because of foliage, but you can see the water from various rooms throughout the house… and you can always hear the waves. The pool was very nice and the kids loved the hot tub. The Weber Grill was brand new, and the washer and dryer were very helpful. Sunning on the deck was great!

I can’t say enough about this house. There is a nice path with an outdoor shower to get to the beach from the deck. The beach is slightly rocky and we actually didn’t swim there, despite the great reviews for Smith’s Reef. You can walk down a bit to find sandier spots and get access to Bite Beach/Reef. We explored Grace Bay, Sapodilla and Leeward. Each was awesome in its own way. Don’t miss the Thursday night Fish Fry party 1 mile away!

Andrew was very responsive. He was continually available to answer my many questions, both by email and phone. He provided all the information we needed about the villa and the island. All of his recommendations were home runs.

My husband and I visited Turks and Caicos for a week and stayed at Dawn Beach Villa with 3 other couples. We found the accommodations exceptional, with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, comfortable and lovely living area, spectacular views, and nice bedrooms. The pool area and hot tub were some of our favorite spots, and provided a wonderful place for rest and play. The villa is close to great restaurants in Turtle Cove and a short drive from other beaches, the grocery store, restaurants, and attractions. It could be improved if the owners would follow the example of the other homes nearby and provide decking on the beach with lounge chairs. At the very least, it would have been nice if beach chairs were included. All in all, it was an exceptional vacation staying in a lovely home.

Dawn Beach Villa was ideal for our family of seven adults. It has a comfortable layout and a great kitchen for dining prep. We loved the large pool deck and beach access.

Andrew made it very easy to arrange our trip. All our questions were answered promptly.

Party of six enjoyed Dawn Beach Villa! Took us 3 years to finally get to experience the villa and island! It did not disappoint. House was very spacious and the outside pool, hottub and decking were amazing. We enjoyed some down time between the house and beach right out front and the reef just to the left of the house. Beach was secluded and an easy walk! Great location for trips to other beaches, attractions, etc.

Great experience working with Where toStay and Andrew. He took lots of the planning and research off our plate.. Very helpful during our trip delays due to COVID.
