Dream Come True Villa is located twenty feet above Devers Bay, on the south shore of St. John. It is one of only a few homes on the Bay and offers spectacular views and total privacy.

The water is accessed by concrete steps and guests are able to snorkel, swim, and beach comb right from villa! 

The shops, restaurants, and nightlife of Cruz Bay are only a 2-3 mile drive on paved roads.

DESIGN: This two-level home was completed in 2004 and features Caribbean design elements such as concrete construction, stone walls, columns, tiled decks and floors, and high, vaulted ceilings. On the upper level are the living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath, as well as two master bedrooms with baths, and a covered deck which runs the length of the villa. Each bedroom is recessed to provide unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea. The third bedroom and bath is located on the lower level and is accessed by exterior stairs. It has views and a private deck. The pool, hot tub, and sun deck are located on the upper level on the west end of the villa. The bedrooms are located on the east end.

LIVING/DINING: The living room features wicker furnishings and accessories in warm tones and local artwork. There is cable TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system for CDs, cassettes, and AM/FM radio. There is also a portable stereo for use on the pool deck. Screened doors open to the covered deck, with views of the ocean. A sun deck wraps around the side and back of the villa.

The interior dining table seats six and the table on the deck also seats six for outside dining. In addition, there is a bar counter in the dining area.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is a few steps above the dining area and offers ocean views. The well-equipped kitchen features a four-burner gas stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, brisker, blender, washer, dryer, dinnerware, cookware, and accessories. Also included are a telephone, gas barbeque grill, coolers, and beach chairs.

BEDROOMS: All three master bedrooms are similar in size and have queen beds, split system, air conditioning, and views of the bay. One upper level bedroom has an outdoor shower with views of the garden; the second upper level bedroom has an outdoor shower with sea views. The third bedroom has an indoor shower with sea views accessible by opening the windows.

Dream Come True incorporates all the elements of a peaceful, private vacation.  The design incorporates island views and comforts.  The location is just above the Caribbean Sea and offers views and tropical breezes. Stairs provide easy beach access. The pool and sun deck take advantage of the sun, but there are also covered decks and shaded areas.

The interior layout and decor offers trade winds, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning. This villa, as well as the four-bedroom Sunset Villa on Devers Bay, is ideal for couples and families with children.
