Although the Villa needs some upgrades, (which I hear is happening soon) you cannot ask for a better place to enjoy your stay. The kitchen was big, had all the amenities we needed plus some. The rooms were spacious, the living area (which we hardly sat at) was huge and the outside (where we spent most of our time) was perfect. FYI- there is a mosquito misting system which was a huge relief because anywhere else we were eaten alive. We were able to relax in the beach water and also walk over to the islands close by (wear water shoes) to do some exploring. There are no fish at all (odd) but if you look on the other side of the small island there are a ton so you could go fishing or snorkeling just in front of the island. We had jet ski’s delivered to our beach area which was nice to not have to drive over and pick them up or drop them off. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom not connected and the water pressure was not the best but honestly that was the least of our worries. I highly recommend the Villa and the management team which were always available to help whenever needed. Don’t hesitate to rent this place.

We loved our stay at Sandy Shore! The location, though a few extra minutes from most things, was perfect for us. We loved the access to the very private beach and the ability to hop back and forth from the pool to the beach- both of which were perfect for our young children. The pool was small and not too deep and the ocean was calm and shallow. The house was comfortable and clean. The layout was great for our family of 4 and 2 other adults- plenty of space and plenty of amenities. We had no issues with anything other than multiple light bulbs needing to be replaced. The only negative (which isn’t a negative at all since it didn’t impact our trip in the least) is that the artwork on the walls was extremely old, faded, and sometimes rusty or moldy. The house was SO beautiful and everything else looked so fresh and up to date- the artwork should be updated as well. By far, the best part of the house was the breathtaking view. It was unbelievable. I would absolutely recommend Sandy Shore Villa to anyone that wants a relaxing vacation in a clean modern house with a great pool, breathtaking views, and instant access to a beautiful private beach. I hope to come back again someday!

This villa was perfect for our 2 families of 4. Great location, right on a quiet beach with calm clear water. The pool was a bit small but we had the ocean so who cares! We loved using the kayaks and pool toys and there were plenty of beach towels.

We rented a car which is a must! We were about 15 minutes away from most of the restaurants and about 10 minutes from the grocery store. Highly recommend Sandy Shore!

Just returned from spending one week with family from New York and California at Sandy Shore Villa. We were seven people and rented one roll-away bed that Andrew helped us secure. This was an incredible trip for each one of us as we hadn’t seen each other in close to two years.

The house very clean when we arrived, and very spacious inside. The kitchen came nicely equipped (though it would have been great if they provided some plastic storage food containers since we did a lot of cooking due to the Coronavirus pandemic). Andrew, Chief Beach Officer was helpful prior to arrival, answering all our questions. Hope, the Property Manager met us on arrival and was helpful too!

The view of the ocean was so picturesque. We used the house provided kayaks, rented stand-up paddle boards for the week, and splurged on waver runners for 8 hours one day that everyone in the family used! It gave us a chance to ride along the coastline to see the amazing homes left and right of Sandy Shore. We walked to the three small islands each day for exercise as the water only came up to our waist during low tide.

In the afternoon we lounged in the pool, sipping cocktails. Staying at Sandy Shore made this once-in-a-lifetime trip so comfortable and easy for our family to be together and away from crowds of people. Hope to return someday but took beautiful photos to remind us of the trip and the villa!

Andrew was so helpful. We were supposed to travel to Sandy Shore Villa in March 2020. Due to the Coronavirus, we had to postpone. Andrew was helpful in getting us a one year extension on the trip. Prior to arriving in 2021, he answered all of our questions from where to arrange COVID tests for our return to the US, to helping us complete the online travel authorization forms required by TCI Safe.

Sandy Shore is a very comfortable, spacious villa that is well equipped for a week’s stay at the beach. You can’t beat the ocean views or the proximity to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. Having a small selection of snacks, fruit, and water provided upon arrival was a very nice touch. The beach and ocean were very nice for the younger kids. The waves were calm, and you could walk out a very far distance into the ocean. The ocean water was incredibly warm. We saw some sort of sea creature twice during our entire week, but we are not sure if it was a turtle or a stingray. Otherwise, there was not any sea life right off the beach. Also, there were ample pool floats and a decent selection of pool and sand toys at the villa. The one and only thing I would suggest for the villa would be to add a pack ‘n play and a high chair. Otherwise, I can definitely see us returning here in the future!

Our service from WhereToStay was excellent. Andrew provided good communication and helped with planning. It would have been nice to hear about gourmet catering a bit earlier on in the trip planning. We got an excellent meal from them!
