Golf Villa Selva is located on Rio Mar Beach Resort and accommodates all sports enthusiasts, especially golf aficionados. Golf and tennis are located on-site with water sports nearby. The Rio Mar Beach Resort is part of the Wyndham family of hotels and resorts and that tells you that a wide variety of amenities are also easily available to you. The beach is just half a mile away and a pool is nearby. On-site fitness equipment is also at your disposal. Golf Villa Selva is safely located within a gated community and ideal for a family with young children. Wyndham has a Kids’ Club program, a children’s pool, and a playground area just for the little ones. An arcade and game room is available as well.read more

Description
Golf Villa Selva is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 2-story villa, located in a group of privately owned villas inside the premises of the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort.
The villa is fully equipped, tastefully furnished, and it offers all the comforts of home. Plus, at its doorstep, you will be able to enjoy the activities that you dream about doing while on vacation. You might not be able to do it all in one day, but you can do it all in one place.
Villa Selva has 3 total bedrooms, with 1 king and 4 doubles, along with 3 full baths and a one-half bath. The resort offers many activities for the family to enjoy which include a full service spa, 12 restaurants, two 18-hole golf courses-Greg Norman's River Course and Tom and George Fazio's Ocean Course, 13 har-Tru courts operated by Peter Burwash International, bicycle trails, scuba diving, sailing/rentals, plenty of water sports, hiking, casino, bar/cocktail lounge, live entertainment, beauty salon, complete fitness center, business center, concierge, Shopping boutiques, laundry, babysitting referral, kids’ club program, children's pool, playground area and arcade/game room.
Nearby, you'll find VCR rentals, a grocery store, drug store, and local dining options. Also, there are many highlights outside the resort to explore including El Yunque National Forest, horseback riding at the foothills of the Majestic El Yunque, Old San Juan Historical Tour, Deep-Sea fishing, and Camuy Cave.

What a wonderful property!

We rented this villa, along with another one, for a spring break with three other families. We had a wonderful time, and the villas were wonderful! They exceeded our expectations - even after being able to review the pictures.
They were spacious, and the location and furnishings were better than we anticipated. What made it especially great was the fact we were able to get two units in the same building!
We were also pleased about the golf carts, as they made the transit to the hotel and beach much easier. They were a nice touch!
We also enjoyed (and used) the BBQ grill at the pool near us to have a couple of cook-outs. Again, a nice touch!
If these villas are indicative of the quality of properties you handle, you can be assured we will turn to you again for future rentals.

We arrived in Puerto Rico (all eight of us - four adults and four kids under the age of four!), and rented a car at the airport. Directions to the villa were clear, and it took about an hour.
The villa concierge met us at the gate, and was very pleasant and helpful. The villa was very clean, and the furniture was lovely. The kitchen had fantastic appliances, too.
There was a small pool across from the villa that we were able to enjoy by ourselves since there was hardly anyone around.
The Westin Hotel was beautiful. The beach and pools were fun. There was construction going on in the main center restaurant, so we weren't able to go through the main hotel lobby. We ate at one of the poolside restaurants, and the food was alright. However, it was very, very expensive. It's much more worth it to drive down the main road about a mile out of the hotel, and get local food for very, very cheap. The local grocery store was also well stocked and very cheap.
The spa services were quite good. We had massages and facials, and were very pleased. We also played a round of golf - the course was beautiful! It was a great family vacation - we all came back wishing we could have stayed longer.
