From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. They have a friendly staff.

The unit looks just like in the pictures, too. This is a place my family and I will always remember. We had the feeling and the treatment we would experience in a nice hotel.

I'm not sure what those other people who posted are talking about, but this has been one of the best places I have ever stayed. I will recommend it to everyone, especially at such a great price. Thank you Gabriel! You were great!

The owner of this property sent me photos of the apartment before we stayed here. However, when my partner and I arrived, the apartment we were given was not the same apartment that was depicted in photographs!

The apartment was filthy, with exposed wiring in the bathroom and kitchen. There was leftover food in the refrigerator, and the bathroom was gross - mold/mildew on the ceiling and a tub ring!

Also, there was a large gross stain on the futon - we didn't even want to go near that, let alone sit on it!

The owner was inconsiderate to our complaints on the property, and wanted us to wait around five hours for him to arrive! We ended up incurring the cost of staying in a hotel, and the owner will not refund our money.

Do not stay here. You will be out the money you paid, and you will be disappointed by the lodging! It's not the same as the pictures you see!

We reserved a three-bedroom apartment. However, when we arrived, there were only two beds without any blankets, and only three pillows.

Also, the living room furniture was torn. One room was halfway painted. They had gay porno magazines as curtains. In addition, the bath mat was extremely
filthy. The owner should at least paint and buy some curtains, blankets, furniture covers, and clean bath mats.

I was here for one week and never saw the manager cleaning the grounds or doing laundry.

The Laundry room was a total mess. I would hate to see the living conditions of
people who gave good reviews. I would not recommend this place -
not even to my dog.

I was very excited to stay at Guesthouse 57. However, I was saddened to find out that after signing a contract four months in advance, our reservation was mistakenly dropped. We were left with nowhere to stay in Puerto Rico about a month before our trip.

Thankfully, we were able to find another location, but it was much more expensive. Also, we were not happy with the stress that the whole situation caused.

Our e-mails continue to be ignored in this matter. Please beware, and double check that your reservation remains firm before your board a plane to Puerto Rico!
