I have been coming to Negril for many years, and Home Sweet Home
provides all that is necessary for a wonderful Jamaican experience.
The staff could not be better, led by Charlie (a true "Jamerican") and Tina(love at first sight). They will do whatever it takes to give you a wonderful vacation.

We made a 14-day trip to Jamaica and found this beautiful place on the Internet. We wrote the owner (Charlie), and there were no problems for booking and getting all information we needed.
Chris picked us up at the airport, brought us to HSH, and drove us wherever we wanted. He showed us his country - not the typical tourist attractions.
In HSH we stayed at the penthouse. It had a breathtaking view. Most of the time we ate at Terry`s restaurant nearby. She cooked really good and typical Jamaican food.
In addition, the whole staff was friendly, kind and helpful. We felt at home.
We can recommend this home to everyone who would like to stay in Jamaica - not on a sand beach, without any noise, and without any beach vendors. Here, you'll find a lot of charm and character.

Home Sweet Home Resort offers a very intimate setting. It is a perfect spot for couples and families interested in the same. It is away from the the hustle and bustle of the beaches - and the beach vendors, yet it offers the added experience of the cliffs. It is an excellent way to take in Jamaica without the annoyances one may feel with the common beach vendors.
Home Sweet Home Resort is close to the lighthouse and other intimate spots along the way. I would totally feel comfortable to take an elderly traveler or a family with children.
The owner, Charlie, was on-site during my stay. He was a genuine host, and his staff seems to mimic his aspirations, with or without his presence.
The rooms are very clean, also. The towels are soft.
This quaint resort attracts visitors from other countries, interested in the same thing: sunsets, a pool, and the ocean waves; either to view, or take in a swim or snorkel.

Whatever you do, do not stay at Home Sweet Home. I would not trust the owner, Charlie Rossley! This was my first visit to Jamaica, and I had a really bad experience at this resort.
