Hotel Dominican Bay - Reviews

We had a relaxing time. 3.0 stars

Hotel Dominican Bay, Dominican Republic hotel review Visited: January 2010

Posted by el_bacha2

We stayed one week, all inclusive from January 30 - February 06, 2010. We had a fabulous time.

The staff was very courteous, most spoke a variety of languages.

Entertainment was well done. Also, the beach was lovely, the sea was so warm. Food was excellent, with a good variety - and theme nights were great

I liked that the souvenirs were brought onto hotel grounds. I appreciated the one-stop shopping.

Our room was spacious with a lovely ground floor balcony. We were just ten steps to the pool and 35 to the bar. We also had hot water 90% of the time. It was hotter in the evening.

I also found a little place down on the beach for local coffee for just ten pesos. There I enjoyed local music and hospitality.

In addition, it was just a half hour drive to Santo Domingo.

I would stay here again.
