To prove it, they provide a Welcome Basket with cheese, wine, fruit, and deli foods for your enjoyment. Take it with you to Orient Beach, which is just a short stroll from the villa, for a picnic. Or you can enjoy its contents right on the balcony of the villa with the views it offers. When you're in the mood for tennis or water sports, those opportunities are located nearby as well. Groceries and restaurants can be found within a three-minute walk or one minute by car. It has four king bedrooms, one twin, four full baths, and one Jacuzzi which can well accommodate up to four couples or families with young children. Located within a gated community, it provides a private and safe environment.

Villa Mediterranee is located in the gated Orient Bay Village, within walking distance of St. Martin's famous Orient Beach.
The villa is perched on a hilltop with a view of the islands of St. Barth, Tintamarre, and Pinel, and a bird's eye view of Le Village de la Baie Orientale, with its white sand beaches and colorful Caribbean homes.
This villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with four and a half baths, and can accommodate up to 9 persons (4 king-size beds and one twin bed, privacy for everyone). The living and dining rooms are also climate-controlled and are furnished in imported teak and mahogany. The entertainment unit includes a satellite TV, a DVD player, and a CD player. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with marble countertop and is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances.
Large sliding glass doors open onto an outdoor patio and an outdoor veranda that lead into a large private swimming pool and an oversized Jacuzzi, a deck made with imported Italian Terracotta tiles, teak loungers, and colorful cushions for sun lovers. Tennis courts, horse-back riding, surfing, sailing, snorkeling, jet-skiing, first-class French restaurants, pizzeria, and patisserie are all within walking distance.
Villa Mediterranee is just 5 minutes from the village of Grand Case, the dining capital of the Caribbean, and only 10 minutes to the French Capital of Marigot, with its chic boutiques and bistros.
