Landmark House and Cottage is one of the few villas situated directly on Sandy Lane Beach, one of Barbados’s most popular beaches. This striking property is set within lush gardens and commands a view of the entire bay.
A stone path winds down to the beach, and loungers rest on the sand for sunbathing, reading, or napping. Guests can spend plenty of time lounging around the villa, too. Al fresco dining waits beneath the veranda, and a hammock hangs between the wooden beams overhead. Plush white couches and a flatscreen TV furnish the open-air living room, and white curtains surround the perimeter for customizable privacy. Landmark House is staffed with a butler, laundress, cook, housekeeper, security guard, and gardener. Each staff member works 6 days a week, so guests can enjoy the full luxury experience.
The villa’s bedrooms are air-conditioned, and each has a TV and ensuite bathroom. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom upstairs. The upper level suite has a king bed and a private balcony. Downstairs, there’s another king suite with a bathtub and shower. There are also two twin suites with beds that can be made up as kings. Landmark Cottage offers two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The cottage feels like a tree house, with living and dining areas on the upper patios. Both suites have air-conditioning.
Landmark House is near the Sandy Lane Hotel golf course, a yoga studio, and a shopping mall. Sandy Lane is its own resort community, with amenities and attractions galore.
