Near to town, newly renovated, with an enormous private pool and nearby water sports, Mariposa Villa will give you the option of plenty to do or do nothing at all. This villa is convenient to everything-- golf, tennis, shopping and offers privacy on the waterfront to boot.

Villa Description

This oceanfront villa features a 48 foot free-form freshwater swimming pool with easy access to the large sea-level deck for swimming and snorkeling.

Taylor Bay Beach is nearby and is a two-minute stroll from the villa's private driveway. The shallow waters ideal for children.

Inside the villa, you will terra cotta floors, wood paneled walls, and 25 foot cathedral ceilings. Mariposa has three bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. Each bedroom has individual air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and microwave.

Additionally, there are two large flat panel TVs, two DVDs and a sound system including CD Player, radio and iPod docking stations.

A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Two local cell phones (pre-pay) are provided. Nearby are several tennis courts, an 18 hole golf course, numerous restaurants, a casino, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, and sailing.

Villa Mariposa is under new ownership and was renovated in 2009.

Home away from Home in Paradise

Mariposa Villa, Providenciales villa review Visited: February 2013

Arrived Sat.night. Picked up Suzuki Celero from AVIS at airport. Quick Service. Followed directions supplied prior to landing. Excellent directions.Remember drive on the left. After leaving airport and negotiating the "round about" stopped at Chicken Chicken (excellent takeout). Villa is everything shown in the photos. Linda responds immediately to any enquiry.
Weather, pool, ocean and Villa are top notch. "Belongers are friendly and polite". Taylor Beach is two minutes walk. Awesome beach. Family oriented. Look for starfish and crabs. Check out Caicos Gasmart on South Dock road. Appears brand new, very clean. Good for snacks,etc.

What a perfect vacation home!

Mariposa Villa, Providenciales villa review Visited: December 2012

The villa was exactly as pictured. It was clean and well appointed with all the necessary amenities. The large Weber grill was great.

The location of the home was fantastic. Taylor Bay was heaven. We could have stayed for a month.

I would certainly return again and I will recommend this home to friends.

Mariposa Villa, Providenciales villa review Visited: August 2012

Mariposa Villa was a perfect stay for our family of six. Our kids range in age from 12 to 20. There was enough room for us to have our own space.

After a day of travel and activities around the island, the pool area was a perfect retreat. The scenic view of Chalk Sound was spectacular; and Taylor Beach across the street was a little slice of heaven.

The villa was secluded and private. Mariposa's clean, airy, and ease of comfort made this a good value for the money.
