If you want your own beach villa but still want the convenience of a hotel’s amenities, beautiful Meads Bay Villa Resort is perfect for you. The whole resort is only four 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villas, yet the place is run like a boutique hotel. For instance, there’s a host who can arrange scuba diving, sailing, a round of golf on a championship course, and in-villa massages. There’s a maid, a night guard and a caretaker. Clients love how attentive the staff is. But that taken-care-of feeling does not come at the expense of privacy or quiet. Meads Bay Villa Resort is an intimate Caribbean resort community consisting of four luxurious villas situated directly on picturesque Meads Bay, Anguilla--one of the top rated beaches in the entire Caribbean. Meads Bay Villas is really a hybrid between a large hotel property and a single villa, with just 4 villas on one joint compound. It is operated like a boutique hotel, but with very personalized service in a private setting.
Crystal blue water is the backdrop at this unique villa resort. Each unit has beautifully appointed interiors, its own pool, and a two-mile long stretch of powdered-sugar sand outside its front door. Lined with lush palms and tropical flowers, Meads Bay Villa Resort evokes a true Caribbean experience.
The resort consists of four 2-bedroom beach villas designed to maximize relaxation, comfort and privacy. Enjoy your own private pool or relax in the spacious living room for a quiet moment away from the ever-present sunshine. Each villa boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area perfect for entertaining. The bedrooms are appointed in such a way as to enhance the villa's crisp, clean, Caribbean feel.
Villa 1 is a two-bedroom beach front villa with all the amenities that you will need for your vacation stay. It has a very large living room, dining room and a full kitchen.
Villas 2, 3, and 4 are beach side villas with the same amenities as Villa 1.
A Meads Bay Beach Villas on-site host can arrange the perfect day for you or your guests, including scuba diving, sailing, a round of golf on a championship course, and in-villa massages. A private chef is available upon request.
Some of the best restaurants and hotels on Anguilla are within walking distance and grocery stores are just a 5 minute drive.

We were transfixed by the beauty of the island as well as the accomodations at Meads Bay Villas. Staff was most friendly and accommodating, especially Lollie and Jim. They really know how to pamper the guests here!
Our in-house chef arrangement didn't work, but there were enough wonderful restaurants to make up for that misunderstanding. Our favorite was Blanchards, followed closely by Tasty's.
We ate at Malliouhana Hotel the last night. This is supposed to be the best on the island, but they got all four dinners WRONG and had to do them over. Pretty sad for a place that gets $100.00/head for dinner. We won't return there!
We will definitely consider Meads Bay Villas for a return engagement next year. It's unsurpassed!

Fantastic location and accommodations

Our first visit to Anguilla. The Meads Bay villa and location was only surpassed by the people of Anguilla. The Staff at Meads Bay especially Delta could not have been more pleasant, helpful and genuine. They really wanted us to have a great stay. The villas are beautiful, like new and on a great section of uncrowded beach. The cleanliness is unbelievable. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance. The food on this island is incredible. We would go back again.

We would highly recommend Meads Bay Beach Villas! Four adults just spent a week in Villa 3, and it was fabulous.
I made the reservations after researching online and working with Shawna at wheretostay.com and I was the hero!
I was a little disappointed that the beach front villa was booked when I made the reservation, but Villa 3 was even better, in our opinion. It was much more private (skinny dipping anyone?), yet is very close to the beach.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Delta, whom we enjoyed immensely!
You can't go wrong booking at Meads Bay Beach Villas!

This is the best beach.

We came to Anguilla for Moonsplash. I found this place from a friend.
The unit was like new with our own pool right off the unit. It had the most awesome beach at Meads Bay. There was even coffee shop for snacks.
The people who ran it were very helpful. You should rent a car when you are on the island, but there is also a full service restaurant right next door.
We needed a two-bedroom this time, but I might come back with my husband and just rent a one-bedroom, which they also have.
