Nisbet Plantation, Nevis hotel review Visited: March 2010
Posted by cbaden
We've been to a dozen different islands in the Caribbean - and then we found Nisbet. We have been going back ever since...seven years now!
The setting is magnificent: the sea in front of you, the mountain in the distance behind you. The property is really lovely with tons more space than you'll find anywhere else, and therefore a wonderful feeling of privacy. This is the absolute opposite of a multi-story hotel.
The food is the best we've eaten anywhere in the islands. However, what makes Nisbet special is the staff. They are so attentive, so warm, so professional, that you are immediately put at your ease, knowing you will be taken very good care of.
If you need noise, crowds, gambling, loud entertainment, etc., look elsewhere. If you simply want to relax in a beautiful, intimate, very comfortable and warm -- and not at all stuffy -- setting, Nisbet is the place to go.
