It is rare to find a villa like Prana Villa in Dawn Beach, which will be a comfortable fit for people in any category. For honeymooners, the large master bedroom and swimming pool will likely top their list of appreciated features, while those with children will like the short one-minute walk to Dawn Beach, as well as the bedroom with twin beds for children.
Villa Description
Villa Prana, a non-smoking villa, is a deluxe 4-bedroom residence located in Dawn Beach estate with a very short walk to Dawn Beach. The villa offers 3 equal size bedrooms on the top level with en-suite bathrooms, which open directly onto the pool deck.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and double shower and double sink. The other two guest bedrooms do have queen-size beds and bathrooms with single shower and sink. On the lower level, there is an additional guest bedroom with two twin beds (one is a trundle which raise to standard height) and bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms, as well as the living room, have a/c units.
The villa is fully supplied with top-of-the-line furniture throughout and has a pool deck and pool. You can enjoy the Atlantic breeze and views of the beach and Oyster Pond.

Villa Notes:
If rented as a two-bedroom, the two guest rooms on the top level are offered. If you prefer the master bedroom instead of one of the guest bedrooms, an additional fee of US$200.00 per week is required for all seasons.
Due to the villa's driveway turn-around, mini-vans are not recommended unless parked on the road.
