Punta Minitas 5 is a modern two story six bedroom oceanfront villa with spectacular views of Minitas Beach and Bahia Minitas. The villa is divided in three main areas. The large living room sits in the middle of the house, the entertainment area, and the bedroom area.
The two master suites are located on the top floor offering great views over their private balconies. The other four guest rooms are distributed on the top and the ground floor. Each bedroom feature en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. A game room for toddlers is also available as part of the villa amenities. The villa offers it's own private beach and dock facility.
