As its name implies, Rendezvous Villa is the perfect place for a rendezvous with many guests and friends. Nuzzled into a forested hillside, Rendezvous Villa overlooks a bright,unpopulated beach. This villa offers plenty of modern amenities to make your stay easy and simple, so that you have plenty of time to go snorkeling. Both Klein Bay and Rendezvous Bay are in easy visiting distance (walking access along Turtle Point Road to the shore below, and the road is paved), and a spacious outdoor viewing deck offers both a cool breeze indoors and a wonderful swimming pool. Air-conditioned rooms are ready when the day is at its hottest.
Villa Description
Built in 1994 and remodeled in 2004, Rendezvous Villa is near the waters of Klein Bay within Rendezvous Bay.
The air-conditioned Great Room is a notable feature. The south wall is lined with sliding glass doors that open onto the pool area and sundeck. These doors can be hidden in the wall for an open-air living area. The living room contains wicker and rattan-upholstered furniture. It has a 34-inch cable TV with a VCR, and a Stereo System with both cassette and CD players. Rendezvous Villa has both interior and exterior dining areas for your ever-changing mood. The interior table can comfortably seat 6-8 people, while the two exterior tables each seat 4-6 people.
Rendezvous Villa offers a scenic 180-degree view that includes St Croix and the St. John coastline. It faces south and so you'll enjoy sea breezes and sun the whole day. The over-sized pool is inviting. The upper sundeck at Rendezvous was re-tiled in 2004, and a child safe railing was added. New stone walls and landscaping enhance this villa. Newly added, tiled and landscaped patios are just perfect for quiet morning reflections or peaceful sunbathing.
The Atlantis Room, opening onto the beautifully re-tiled sundeck, has a king-size bed plus a queen-size sofa bed. The upper right master bedroom's private tiled bath also contains a whirlpool tub. As with all the bedrooms at Villa Rendezvous, there is air conditioning and a color TV and VCR. The Sakura Room has a spacious king-size bed. This upper left master bedroom has its own private tiled bath, air conditioning, and a color TV and VCR. The Island Room has a king-size bed plus a chair that is large enough to sleep one. The lower right master bedroom has its own private tiled bath, air conditioning, and a color TV and VCR. The Serengeti Room has two king-size beds and sleeps four. As with all the bedrooms, the lower left master bedroom has its own private tiled bath, air conditioning, and a color TV and VCR. Two interior spiral staircases, as well as a tiled exterior stairway, can access both lower bedrooms. The lower rooms also each have their own private patios for quiet times in the sunshine or moonlight.
The view from the lower level is not only breathtaking, but it is an easy walk to the small pebble beach at Klein Bay. And the over-sized pool will keep you cool on St. John's sunny Caribbean days.
