Situated on a bluff, Seacliff Villa offers 360º views of the sea, Chalk Sound, and two bays. This cliffside villa is secured with full boundary walls, guards, an electronic front gate, and an alarm system.

There are several places around the villa to relax and soak up the sun. The deck leads from the pool down to the ocean and wraps around the bluff. The lounging deck is near the staircase to the sea, and has low walls so that the ocean is completely unobstructed. The loungers sit between two dining nooks, and the space is bordered with vibrant tropical plants. Around the corner, there’s a narrow lap pool surrounded by lush palm trees, dining nooks, and lounging space. Down by the sea, there’s a thatched gazebo and a picnic area so guests can enjoy a snack in between swimming through the turquoise waters. Inside, guests can enjoy the spacious Great Room, designed with tall sea-facing windows and high ceilings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a ceiling fan. All five bedrooms have king beds, TVs, ensuite bathrooms, and air-conditioning.

Seacliff villa is a 10-minute drive to nearby Grace Bay, and Provo Golf Club is just a 20-minute drive from the villa. Groceries and restaurants are only 10 minutes away.
