The villa has a private path that leads down to Chalk Sound and two kayaks to take on the water. Chalk Sound is a popular destination for kayaking and paddle boarding, since its almost completely landlocked except for a small channel leading to the ocean. Its protected as a national park, so powered watercraft is prohibited. There’s plenty of room to relax outside back at the villa, thanks to the wraparound deck. On the deck, guests can sink into the circular couches, swim in the pool, sunbathe in loungers, and dine poolside. Serene villa’s interior is divided into two pods, the main pod and the sleeping pod. An open floor plan connects the lounge, kitchen, dining room, and half bath in the main pod. Large windows bring in lots of natural light, and the deck can be accessed from several points in the pod. The kitchen is equipped with standard appliances, a coffeemaker, and cookware. The sleeping pod holds two bedrooms that each have an ensuite bathroom, double door entrance to the deck, and a ceiling fan. One suite has a king bed and the other has a queen bed.

Serene’s 1/3 acre property is fully landscaped, and the home’s design ensures privacy. Serene is only minutes from Las Brisas restaurant and a short drive to groceries.
