Our stay here was absolutely amazing! 5.0 stars

The people here were friendly, the drinks were great, and the food was really good (I especially liked the Mahi mahi).

We never ran out of things to do! We went para-sailing, snorkeling, and swimming. We also enjoyed karaoke, a dance party, music on the beach, and miniature golf. When we weren't at the resort, we enjoyed Coral World and a tour of the island.

Thank you to everyone here who made our trip absolutely amazing!

Do not come here for your vacation.

The service is slow. It takes 20 minutes to get drinks at dinner. Water comes quick, but not drinks. It's faster to go up to the bar and get it yourselves. I'm not talking about alcoholic beverages, either. It took 20 minutes to get a Sprite, apple juice, milk, and two Cokes.

They only have two high chairs at the Manor House Restaurant. They were out of high chairs, but the family using them weren't using it because their kids were sleeping in the stroller. I had to ask if we could use it.

In addition, food takes even longer to get than drinks. This did not happen just once during our stay. During our entire stay, the service was absolutely slow at the Manor House.

Also, food was average at best. The only good stuff at this place were the wings, fitness center, piņa coladas, and buffalo wings. The staff was friendly, but do not expect much.

I will never go back, and you should seriously think twice before booking your trip.

I spent spring break here with my family, and we really enjoyed ourselves.

The staff was always helpful, and the resort is very nice and clean. The pool is great with plenty of shade on a hot day. The hotel is close to the Red Hook ferry, so getting to St. John or another island is a breeze if you plan on island hopping.

Also, the tour desk has plenty to offer, but check with them when you first arrive so if there is anything you find that you want to do, you can be sure and schedule it before it fills up. My sister took my niece to the dolphin swim on Tortola, and they had a wonderful time.

The beach is rocky until you got out about 30 feet from the shore, so I don't recommend the beach. Avoid the Manor House restaurant in the evening as the service is rather poor. The other restaurants are nice, though.

This is an expensive place, so be prepared.
