Its perfect combination of warmth, coolness and color is certain to please design aficionados. There’s also the secluded beach that the villa is built on, accessible via a private path. In addition, there are 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a pool, and a great room incorporating an open living room, dining room and kitchen. The house is breezy and has beautiful views. Description
Tequila Sunrise Villa is a contemporary 5,000-sq-ft three-bed room villa on a secluded beach on the southern shore of Anguilla, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of St. Martin beyond. Large expanses of glass doors and windows optimize views of the ocean and miles of the surrounding natural landscape.
The open plan of the ground floor emphasizes spaciousness while encouraging the flow of the cool trade winds. The Great Room, with its 22' ceiling and 45" HD Plasma TV, is a sublime mix of restrained minimalism and high impact. Whimsical grandeur is evident in the custom, abstract copper light fixture, as is bold drama in the 20-foot dune panel that can be seductively lit according to the dictates of one's mood. The pure, sculptural lines of the furniture are beautiful in their simplicity.
Just off the Great Room lie the ultra-modern kitchen and dining room with well-appointed accessories such as a wine refrigerator and coffee maker. The dining room opens up to the patio and a view of the ocean. A large dining table seats 8 under the romantic glow of Le Klint pendants.
Each master bedroom suite has an over-sized full bathroom en suite, king size bed, large HD TV, air conditioning, private patio, and many great amenities. They are designed with pared down sophistication in dreamy white. There are soft, down duvets and 600-thread-count bed linen, with accents of burnt orange and sunny yellow. Each bedroom opens up to a private patio overlooking the pool and ocean. Each is equipped with a writing desk. All bedrooms overlook the pool, ocean and mountains of St. Martin.
En suite bathrooms maintain the refined aesthetics of this home. Hewn travertine throughout the rest of the villa is complemented by river pebbles in the bathroom and outdoor Hansgrohe rain showers. Beautiful glass mosaic tiles and sculptural glass sinks make colorful, artistic statements. There is also a generous freestanding tub with a view to the outdoors.
The large infinity swimming pool is surrounded on three sides with lounging and relaxation areas, and on the fourth side by the beach and ocean with a breathtaking view of St. Martin, St. Barth’s, and on a clear day even St. Kitts 75 miles away. The beautiful Balinese furniture in this outdoor living room is dressed in exuberant island colors.
The villa is near Lover’s Cove at Dropsey Bay. It has white sand and great snorkeling (not accommodating for people who want to swim lengths; this can be done at Sandy Hill Bay, a three minutes’ drive from Lover's Cove).

We just came back from a week at Tequila Sunrise Villa. It had the most fabulous location overlooking St. Martin and other islands with beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day.
It was modern, meticulously clean and comfortable with luxurious bath amenities and linens.
I especially loved the outdoor shower, and feeling the cool breezes while I watched the sunset. It was pure heaven!
Snorkeling at the private beach was so much fun, too. The pool was warm and we enjoyed swimming every day.
Heather, our housekeeper, prepared wonderful breakfasts each morning. She was so warm and gracious. We felt like this was our own home. We can't wait to go back.

Words can not capture the feeling and experience one has when they choose Tequila Sunrise Villa. Not only were my wife Jennifer and myself entranced by the island of Anguilla but every attention to detail was thought through at Tequila Sunrise. Our stay at this amazing villa was was made even more special with the treatment and attention to detail. We love Heather, the person who cares for this amazing Villa each day as she also prepares us an amzing spread of food while we watched St. Marteen across the pool. One key highlight is the Tequila dispensing machine outfitted with Silver Patron. The owners of this Villa really know how to take care of their guests.

fabulously relaxing

The beauty of the location and 5 star amenities are unsurpassed. Two minute stroll to serene beach and eye popping snorkeling. Cool breezes off the water and fabulous view of nearby islands. Cannot wait to return with our friends. Each master bed suite is as comfortable as they are spacious.

The great escape

My first words upon arriving at Tequila sunrise were "it's like being in the website!". For those of you who have browsed the lovely website (as we did on many cold winter's days) - I can assure you it is a true likeness!
The villa is gorgeous; modern, clean and spacious. Maureen, the housekeeper, makes a fantastic breakfast and takes great care of the villa each day. We didn't eat out much as I loved cooking in that kitchen and eating with a view better than most restaurants could hope to have!
A few minor flaws - the pool is very cold as its unheated and very windy there (I only went in it one time in a week, sadly ... however the wind keeps the bugs away .. no repellant and no bites which is a miracle by my standards!), the sunloungers are not particularly comfortable (I spent my week on the outdoor sofa)and the thin white curtains in the bedrooms mean that you are awakened by the sunrise at 5.30am.... so despite the patron silver tequila on tap (no joke!), late nights are not a good plan if you will be awake so early!
The beach in front of the villa is very rocky, so would recommend other beaches (Shoal and Rendevouz bays) for walking and swimming.
All in all, it was a fantastic week and I highly recommend Tequila Sunrise!
