Villa Description

Tropical Shores Villa is waterfront villa that sits atop a hill overlooking Silly Creek in Chalk Sound. This two story villa with wrap around decks on both the main and second floor offers ocean views. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa sleeps anywhere from four to eight people comfortably.

On the main floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a 400 square foot living room that opens on all sides to the first floor wrap around deck. Two queen sized bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms finish out the floor. The media room and the master bedroom are located on the 2nd floor.

Tropical Shores Villa is located in Chalk Sound, less than five minutes from beaches, private tennis courts, restaurants and convenience stores. Grace Bay is a located 25 minutes from Tropical Shores Villa.

Rental Note
Please note that as power is very expensive on Providenciales, there will be a weekly allotment of 500 kilowatt hours. Additional electricity charges will be billed at the going rate as determined by the power company.

Fantastic from every aspect! I just would like so say how absolutely impressed I was with WhereToStay.com! I found the reviews to be very helpful, and I found all the service to phenomenal! Amazing House--could use a bit of updating

We had a great 10 day vacation at Tropical Shores. Our second time on the island and found that this part of Turks and Caicos is a little known treasure---very peaceful and quiet especially if you want to stay away from the Grace Bay crowds. Beautiful views, beaches near by, and plenty of solitude. Loved the kayaks!!!! House could use some updating to outdoor furniture and sliding glass doors/screens, more/bigger beach towels, floats and beach chairs for the beach. Claudius the property manager was terrific! Very responsive and helped to resolve internet and a/c issues. All in all a great house; just a small investment in the few things mentioned above would raise it to a 5 star villa.

Tropical Shores Villa is beautifully situated, perched directly above Silly Creek with distant ocean views. Additionally, the front of the villa boasts vistas of picturesque Chalk Sound.

A lovely, well maintained property inside and out, Tropical Shores is equipped with all the necessary amenities and has nicely appointed guests bedrooms with en suite baths. The house itself is elegantly furnished with a complete wrap-around patio overlooking a new pool and also includes access to a shallow water dock.

Do kayak on peaceful Silly Creek and explore other beautiful villas in the area. Enjoy the sunset from the house's multiple decks which are outstanding. Buy sand chairs and an umbrella and explore the local beaches!
