The Villa on Sandy Beach is a spacious 3 bedroom - sleeps 6-9 - vacation rental right on Sandy Beach in Rincon. Its perfect for families or groups of friends and includes a full kitchen, air conditioned, laundry, two bathrooms, parking, a rooftop terrace and beach side deck. The full kitchen is perfect for cooking the fresh catch from the local fisherman and produce from the local markets. We can even arrange for a Private Chef to cook for you or a massage therapist - right in the villa.
Unlike beaches cluttered with hotels and busy public beaches, Rincon has retained its surfside charm. Rincon is known for its world class surfing and excellent beaches. The Sandy Beach area of Rincon has an energetic "vibe" with laid back restaurants and shops. Swimming, relaxing, deep sea fishing, diving, cycling are all available locally. This facility had the best location to relax and unwind. I loved the easy access to the beach, and to other restaurants and stores.
The beach was never crowded or noisy. The facility was clean and well maintained.

This is a great location with a phenomenal view of the ocean.
The beaches were beautiful, and the property was clean and pristine.

This is a beautiful condo right on the beach. I had a great time sitting on the beach and body surfing. It was very safe. It was in a laid back neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
What a great place to relax!

The area was great. It was not overdeveloped, and had only a few people on beach. We took long walks on this mostly undeveloped beach and hardly saw anyone. We were amazed to see hundreds of undeveloped acres or pastures with oxen grazing along the ocean. It was not what we have experienced on other beach vacations.
Also, the rental was exactly as described. It was clean, well maintained, and on the beach. The second floor balcony was fantastic, giving us views of the whole area.
I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation getaway.
