The best thing about Water Cliff Villa is that it is so private. Like a dock at sea, it’s right up against the water. Snorkeling can be found four minutes away at Westin Beach, and there’s a beautiful sunset view at night. On hot days, air conditioning can be found in the bedrooms, and tall, airy ceilings keep the rest of the house cool. It’s perfect for two couples to share together, or for those on their honeymoon who want to enjoy the privacy of the US Virgin Islands. The doors and windows are screened, so you don’t have to worry about insects. All in all, Water Cliff Villa is a wonderful vacation spot.

Description
Water Cliff Villa is perched high above the water of Pillsbury Sound at Azure Bay Estates. This cliff side 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom villa offers unmatched views of St. Thomas and beyond. Owner designed and built, quality craftsmanship and innovative architecture abound. Every comfort has been provided for you in three bedrooms and a separate efficiency apartment.
Upon arrival at Water Cliff, guests pass through the columned entry overlooking the pool, the palm courtyard, and the waters below.
The spacious Great Room with cathedral ceiling, open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable dining area provide space for entertaining large or small groups. Large sliding glass doors open onto a wraparound deck with comfortable seating and an outdoor dining area.
Each of the three bedrooms have their own private bath, outdoor shower, and ceiling fans. Large sliding doors and louvered windows take advantage of the prevailing breezes. Decks surround each room with additional seating for viewing the sea.
The apartment has a full kitchen, living/dining room area, and bedroom with queen-size bed. Outside, there is a separate deck with a lovely water view that leads back to the pool area.
