This hotel/Bed & Breakfast is a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Port of Spain. I was en route from Miami to Margarita Island and since there was no connecting flight available, I had to overnight. I didn't want a large expensive complicated hotel and opted rather for a small place in central Port of Spain. That way I could use the half a day to discover the town. I arrived in the evening to a cozy lobby where guests were hanging out. There is also a pleasant roof top terrace where you can relax and have a drink. Pam, the owner, is helpful and informative. The rooms are very small but well equipped with cable TV and a large bathroom. You are comfortable and safe...no stress. Breakfast (included) the next morning was served in a sunny room and was hearty and delicious with local coffee! I took a stroll after breakfast with one of the guests, several blocks away to Queen's Park where we saw a group of beautiful polo horses. Pam called me a cab and off I went back to the airport. My quick stay was pleasant and successful. Worth the $100 a night. Call Pam ahead of time and see if she has time to fetch you at the airport!
