What vacation would be complete without some opportunities to dine out? Yes, the villas on Belize have fully equipped kitchens and they may even have cooks available, but there's something special about getting out and doing a little people watching while you enjoy the aromas and flavors of the Caribbean. The villas and other accommodations can be mesmerizing...they'll make you so comfortable you won't want to move, but how can you resist the lure of Caribbean cuisine at places like The Wet Lizard or Elvi's Kitchen?

Stone crab claws!!! Fantastic! We have spent 2-3 times more for small to medium size claws at Joe's Stone Crab in Chicago. The claws at Elvi's were huge! Also, great conch fritters. The atmosphere was relaxing, sand floors. Only ate there once, so many restaurants in Belize, so little time, but we will definitely return!
Imaginative, memorable flavor combinations at reasonable prices.
