A: There are no new properties which are open although there are several under construction. Both Temenos/St. Regis and the Viceroy Resort will have hotel rooms, condos and individual villas although it will be 2008 before either
are open. Another project is called Windrift Villas and they are 4 small 2 bedroom villas on the beach at Meads Bay. They are still under construction also. Other than those mentioned, there are at least 5 other projects which include 2 or more villas currently under construction. |
