Description:
Alcyon Villa is a great new addition to the villa market for 2008. It is located on the rocky waterfront in Seafeathers Bay (eastern part of the island) with fantastic views of St. Barths and St. Martin/St. Maarten. Alcyon Villa is approx. 8000 sq. ft of tastefully decorated living with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities.
The main floor has a large master bedroom with a private balcony, large master bath, kitchen and dining area, great room, and media room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms consisting of an identical master bedroom with king bed, a bedroom with two twin beds and ensuite, and a bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite.
On the lower level is a 1 bedroom apartment with a small living room and kitchenette, bedroom with two twin beds and bath with tub and shower.
The pool deck is large with a 24'x 16' pool, sun loungers, and shaded seating and dining. This villa is perfect for families and couples traveling together. A private chef may be arranged at an additional cost, in-villa massages, babysitting, and boat charters may all be arranged for your pleasure.
