Description
Unique design and spectacular waterfront location are just 2 of the many special features of Oserian Villa. Located on the rocky southern coastline in Little Harbour. This very special villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, library, media room, indoor/outdoor fireplace, pool and all on a landscaped lot right along the rocky waterfront with spectacular views of the neighboring island of St. Martin.
On the main level is the well equipped kitchen complete with GE Profile appliances, granite counters and custom cabinetry. There is a dining room off the kitchen with a custom made Indonesian dining set. The living area also has custom Indonesian furnishings along with original artwork and double fireplace. All floors are cool and nature limestone tiles.
Off the living room is a library/office with floor to ceiling shelving, over 300 books, internet service, computer, and fax machine. The entertainment room is just a few steps away and is outfitted with a 56" Flat panel TV with Surround Sound, DVD, over 300 movies, stereo system with 6 speakers placed throughout the main level, granite counter wet bar and cabinet and comfy down-mix sofa which seats 6-8.
Also on the main floor of Oserian Villa is the dramatic and spacious 1650 sq. ft. Master Bedroom with beautiful bed on a raised platform, direct view to the sea and 2 walk in closets. The master bathroom has double sinks with marble counters, jacuzzi, fantastic shower with limestone tiles, skylight and views of St. Martin.
There are 2 additional bedrooms: one is located on the second floor with fabulous views and breezes, connecting bathroom with shower, and walk out to a rooftop deck with built in seats. The 3rd bedroom is 550 sq.ft.and located in a separate building from the main house and accessed via a covered walkway. There is a bathroom with shower and kitchenette.
