Description
Sand Castle Pointe is a gorgeous 7000 ft, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa situated on an Atlantic oceanfront acre and within a 3 minute drive of Shoal Bay East.
The Villa is designed for entertainment, relaxation and privacy in a striking contemporary style. It boasts two master suites in separate wings with views of the Atlantic; two guest bedrooms are on the main level with equally interesting vistas. Features include a curved infinity pool, a billiard/entertainment room complete with full bar and 50 inch plasma flat screen TV.
A Poggenpohl kitchen which includes Miele and Sub Zero appliances, all Clad cookware and a Nespresso coffee/espresso maker.
The Living/Dining area is open and spacious enough for any type of gathering. There is a putting green and a croquet lawn also a pathway that leads to the sea with access to the water for excellent snorkelling.
