Panarea Villa is set in the West End of Anguilla (between Cap Juluca and Altamer - with great ocean views from it's interior location), just minutes away from two white sand beaches. This three-bedroom luxury home combines pure elegance with state-of-the-art broadband technology and a fitness pavilion. Partially air-conditioned, Casablanca ceiling fans are set to capture the cross breezes for the ultimate Caribbean look and feel.

Panarea Villa has everything from spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms to a fully equipped gym complete with steam room. The kitchen is furnished with state of the art appliances and equipment - everything you need for a simple breakfast to a lobster dinner.

The separate air-conditioned gym is professionally equipped with the new hand-built ExciteBike, by Italy's TechnoGym, which the NY Times terms 'the Ferrari of exercise bikes.' The Precor Elliptical Machine and Weight Tower are two dream machines for the professionals. And the WaterRower lets you row to the sound of water lapping at your feet - a must use for all. It also includes Yoga mats and blocks, Gymnastic ball, Free weights, State-of-the-art sound system, Home theater system, DVD, Juice bar, refrigerator and separate bathroom.

The infinity pool with power jet stream offers captivating views of St Martin and to the west for the sunset. Stay fit and swim against the powerful double-jet stream - the first and only in Anguilla.

All three bedrooms, Amantea, Muscio and Zaffiro offer ensuite terraces - for breakfast, as a reading niche or just for gazing at the magnificent water views. The house is an ideally designed living space for six persons with the three bedrooms/three baths located in separate wings. The bedrooms are comparable in size and offer total intimate luxury with the finest pure cotton bed linens. Each bathroom features Italian bath sheets and Marius Fabre soaps from Salon-de-Provence - a family-run soap factory tradition since 1900. All bedrooms offer sea views to St Martin.

Amantea, is the Master bedroom with king size bed, air conditioning, private shower room and separate WC, adjacent terrace and is located on the main floor opening on to the pool deck.

Muschio offers two twin size beds, private bathroom with shower, private terrace and is also located on the main floor. The twin beds can be made up as a king size bed.

Zaffiro features a king size bed, w/2 extra-long twin mattresses, (flexible makeup for 1 king size or as 2 singles), private bathroom with shower, private balcony and is located on the second floor. Both guest rooms are located on the eastern side of the villa with large screened windows to capture the cool breezes. These bedrooms have ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms.
