Description:
Located in Cove Bay, Anguilla, Westgreen Villa is just steps from the new Greg Norman golf course and has absolutely spectacular views of St. Martin. The property has three large bedrooms, spacious principal rooms, and all rooms have golf course and/or ocean views. The villa has two levels and is surrounded by landscaped gardens and property walls for privacy. There are numerous balconies and galleries throughout the villa and almost every room opens onto one of them.
Westgreen Villa is decorated with Indonesian rattan and wicker furnishings. All three bedrooms have king or queen size beds, ensuite bathrooms in tumbled marble, air conditioning, tv, stereo and walkouts to patios and balconies.
All decks and the pool face south, directly behind the new golf course with unobstructed views of St. Martin and the Caribbean Sea. A covered deck just off the pool area has a comfortable dining table for easy outdoor dining.
