From the moment we arrived I realized this was going to be a treat like we've never had the pleasure of encountering before! The attention to details in this paradise villa is incredible! Home never felt so good... every bedroom has balconies with views of the water and mts. and far off islands- the night sky is a star gazers delight! The scrumptious bedding was the lore to end our perfect evenings. Outdoor showers,pebble tiles and an array of beautiful accent colors added to the glamor of this magnificent villa. The secluded beach only added to the romance after swimming in the tranquil private infinity pool and lounging in the variety of outdoor furniture.We had the pleasure of "sampling" from the Patron faucet and having a private dinner prepared by the Chef. I dream of returning again and again! I saved some of the bath products to remind me of this luxurious week- I'm only telling a few friends because I want there always to be availability for me!!!Ok for you ,too!Enjoy Tequila Sunrise and the island hospitality you'll find it heavenly,too! |

This is an amazing place to sit, relax, and snorkel. The food is exceptional, and packed with local flavors. They make, without a doubt, the best conch dishes on the island. All these things combined with a friendly staff ensures an authentic Anguillan experience. |

I booked the Panarea Villa through Wheretostay/specifically Andrew Macafee in early August. My experience with Andrew was not five stars but a thousand star! The villa is truly beautiful. We were a family of five and the three bedrooms used were spectacular. Beautifully air-conditioned with wonderful bathrooms. The living room had a flat screen TV with satelite television that worked like a charm. We also brought dvd's from home and enjoyed a movie after dinner on three nights. During the day we turned on the stereo surround sound system and couldn't have been more relaxed. In a seperate building there is a great gym with state of the art equipment. Within the gym there is a steam room that was a wonderful experience after a day at the beach and villa pool. We brought steaks from the states and used the villa bbq and ate under the stars on the dining room patio. The gardens that surround the pool and villa are pleasing to the eye, and extremely well kept. Maid and pool service was top notch. My son is a graduate of the Culinary Institiute of America and he loved the kitchen at Panarea Villa. I have been to Anguilla thirty nine times and have stayed in every major resort. This being my 39th time--I am sooo sorry that I didn't rent a villa before. I can only conclude by stating that you will not be unhappy with any element of this villa, and wheretostay--Andrew made it happen. Scott E. Hauser/New York |

This is a small hotel that is really run like a big family. it seems all the staff have been here for years, and the atmosphere is very friendly. The rooms are really nice and very reasonable. The location is just off Meads Bay, which is one of the best beaches we have ever seen. We will absolutely go again. |

This is now one of my favorite places on Anguilla. I had wonderful meal here at one of their tables in the balcony. Dinner was excellent, and the service was superior. We had such a great time we were the last ones to leave the place (including most the staff). |

Chef Dale Carthy was originally trained at Malliouhana, continued in France, then returned to Anguilla to open Tasty's. Opened on his family property along the main road between the airport and Sandy Ground, Tasty's is in a cute cottage decorated in Caribbean colors by a local artist. Dale is an award-winning chef, and his menu and food reflect this. He is also in charge of the food at Dune Preserve. |

When visiting Anguilla, you have to spend a Wednesday or Sunday on Scilly Cay. The owner is Eudoxie, and his wife is Sandra. They have owned this little island 100 feet off Anguilla for 30 years. They serve chicken, crawfish and lobster for lunch. My favorite is the chicken lobster combo. For long time visitors the family aspect that is so charming is that their young sons who many remember running around the island in diapers are now running the free boat rides to the island, serving drinks, and will one day soon take over the operation. Drinks are strong, and the food is great. Lunch is not cheap so at least go for drinks. |

I had dinner here last night. Their menu was limited (probably due to the end of the tourist season). However, the seafood was fresh, and this place was quite popular. Lots of boaters dinghy to Roy's (then go for drinks at Elvis'). |

You must go to Elvis'! It is a great hangout for both locals and tourists. This (along with Dune Preserve where Elvis used to tend bar) is once of the classic island experiences of Anguilla. Elvis is here most every night greeting guests and tending bar. The food is basic and reasonably priced. Longing for a cheeseburger? This is a great spot for your fix. My favorite is the fish taco, though. Shrimp tacos are good, too. I have friend who only gets the quesadillas, which they call "quesAnguillas". |

I had dinner at Barrel Stay last week, and it was excellent. I typically get fresh fish on Anguilla which is caught daily by fishermen in the small boats you see moored off Sandy Ground. The chef is always on hand. He will personally tell you the specials, but will not give you a recommendation. It is one of the most highly recommended restaurants on the island. |

We have stayed at Turtle's Nest twice already. We booked again for November 2009. As the other reviews read, the rooms were spotless, beautiful and had a terrific view. As far as the outside, it was more like a condo look than a tropical-type architecture. I know they are still building, but they are very slow in finishing it. Our first time here was May 2008, then again October 2008. I hope they have finished. Their website has not been updated. We love it because they are well equipped, with a washer and dryer, TV and AC. Also, each one is furnished by the owner. There is also a pool, which is great to have in case the water happens to be rough - which it has been a few times. Their prices are reasonable for the summer rates, and for being directly on the best beach in Anguilla! |

Villas Amarilla is truly the best villa my family & I have ever stayed in. Everything is brand new and it has all updated technology and security. The interior is first class and it is in a unique private setting. The chef and staff are first class and can provide any special requests you may have. The weather and Island locals are very friendly and courteous. Great restaurants and the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. I plan to book this villa for me and my family as often as I can. You will not be disapointed with this truly unique and relaxing Villa! |

My hubby and I came here for our honeymoon in 2005, and we loved it. The villas were beautiful, and the beach was clean and gorgeous. They served awesome food at the hotel, also. We loved the bartenders. It was a great place, and we will be back. |

This was our 7th visit to Anguilla but was the first time I stayed at this property, Indigo Reef. It surpassed ALL of my expectations. The villa is spacious, private, in a perfect location and at an even more perfect rate. The staff is great and everything we needed was right at our finger tips. We will be back and hope you all get to experience these villas too. Mangrove and Poinsettia are other villas on the same property. We got to tour them and they are just as great. |

What you don't know ahead of time is the sound of the peaceful ocean waves rocking you to sleep every night, the whales frolicking off in the distance, the spectacular view from every room and the secluded site of the villa. We celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary at the villa with Albert Lake providing chef service. We felt so pampered --- and the food was divine! The staff of the villa was exquisite and the open nature of the home was so conducive to the beautiful views and winds. Our bed in the master bedroom was the best we have every slept in! And the villa was so well stocked. We were nervous about being on the quiet end of the island, but it was just perfect. We really felt like we were getting away from it all and there were so many beaches to explore. A new one every day! We will return --- to Villa Manana only! |

From the moment we arrived at Romeo we felt at home. With plenty of space for gathering and privacy, this villa is meant to be enjoyed. Open living areas that spill out onto the huge terrace that overlook the breathtaking views of the sea, we enjoyed sunsets and dining. And the best part...a private, lovely beach with easy access to the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped, and if something doesn't exist, Kenneth and his caretakers, Adelphia and Rosa, will find it for you. On other note, this was our 3rd trip to Anguilla...we plan to return. Things to enjoy...get out and discover the beaches, each different from the last. Meet the locals, they are so warm and friendly and willing to help. Dance in the sand at Elvis' Beach Bar and enjoy the many incredible restaurants. Go off island. Rent a boat for the day. We had a wonderful time with Ritz on his boat going to Prickly Pear and Sandy Island. A day well spent. |

My first words upon arriving at Tequila sunrise were "it's like being in the website!". For those of you who have browsed the lovely website (as we did on many cold winter's days) - I can assure you it is a true likeness! The villa is gorgeous; modern, clean and spacious. Maureen, the housekeeper, makes a fantastic breakfast and takes great care of the villa each day. We didn't eat out much as I loved cooking in that kitchen and eating with a view better than most restaurants could hope to have! A few minor flaws - the pool is very cold as its unheated and very windy there (I only went in it one time in a week, sadly ... however the wind keeps the bugs away .. no repellant and no bites which is a miracle by my standards!), the sunloungers are not particularly comfortable (I spent my week on the outdoor sofa)and the thin white curtains in the bedrooms mean that you are awakened by the sunrise at 5.30am.... so despite the patron silver tequila on tap (no joke!), late nights are not a good plan if you will be awake so early! The beach in front of the villa is very rocky, so would recommend other beaches (Shoal and Rendevouz bays) for walking and swimming. All in all, it was a fantastic week and I highly recommend Tequila Sunrise! |

My family and I just returned from a week's stay in Anguilla. We stayed at KU. It was amazing! Our two suites were on the second story overlooking the pool and beach. This vacation had to be the most relaxing vacation we have ever been on. And, the beach had to be the most gorgeous beach in the world. KU's staff was very friendly, especially the front desk and maid service. The hotel dining at Kuyeh was Caribbean gourmet greatness! We expected burgers and fries at the beachside dining room, instead we got incredible cuisine by Chef Deon. We have two teens and they enjoyed our day at Scilly Cay and a Snorkel trip over to Prickley Pear Cay. We also highly recommend Veya and Gwen's Reggae Bar. I would definitely return to KU in a heartbeat! Enjoy! |

We wanted total privacy for our honeymoon, and knew we wanted to go to Anguilla. Fletch's Cove was the perfect villa to rent. The owners have thought of every detail, and everything was extremely user-friendly. There was nothing they've left out. It was a romantic adobe-style villa with a private pool and the best view on the island. We enjoyed waking up to our beautiful surroundings every morning. The villa was extremely clean, and the manager and housekeeper were so accommodating. The only bad thing was having to leave. We highly recommend Fletch's Cove on the lovely and peaceful island of Anguilla. |

This is the best place I have ever been to. The suite is amazing, the private chef is amazing, everything is world class. You cannot ask for anything more as you have everything you can possibly dream of. Best of the Best! |
