Description:

Villa Sariel is located in a quiet location within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife of English and Falmouth harbours where you will also find the historic 'Nelson's Dockyard' with its unique collection of beautifully restored 18th century buildings now converted to bars, restaurants, boutiques and marine trades.

This Villa also has its own yacht, the 36ft Nautor Swan "ArcAngel' and offers guests the opportunity to sail in the beautiful waters of the Caribbean. Enjoy Villa Sariel's private pool and a large sundeck with a 7 seater hot-tub, gazebo, bar and gardens.

The Villa has flexible accommodations and may be rented, exclusively, with any number of bedrooms from 2 to 5 according to the size/mix of your group. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and their own bathrooms. The maximum number that can be accommodated is 16.

The villa features a contemporary living room and fully equipped stainless steel open plan kitchen. Just off the living room is a spacious shaded seating area and alfresco dining on a covered patio overlooking the pool and view.

The enclosed private courtyard has a built-in barbecue hut and is surrounded by a variety of trees and shrubs and can be lit in the evening to make an attractive dining area. It has full sun in the morning and is in shade in the afternoon.

The living room is enclosed by glass sliding doors with one side overlooking the courtyard and the other the pool, sundeck and view. There is plenty of seating on 3 sofas - all of which convert to sofabeds if required for larger groups/families (2 singles & 1 double). For your entertainment, there is a stereo system, satellite TV, VCR, DVD (all world system), a comprehensive library and a selection of cards/games.

The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, food processor, etc. and all cutlery, crockery and glassware.
There is an attractive breakfast bar on the living room side of the open plan kitchen.

All bedrooms have their own bathrooms, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and can be configured as doubles or twins. (The silver room can accommodate up to 4 singles.)

The Blue bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, overlooks the pool and view, while the Silver room overlooks the courtyard. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are within the adjoining apartment. Bedroom 3 has an en-suite bathroom (with full size bath) as well as an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 4 is the apartment sitting room which can be configured as a double bedroom(with sofa bed) or as a single/twin. Bedroom 5 is beneath the villa and has a ceiling fan, air-conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

Maid service is included and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The villa has flexible accommodations i.e. it is available with any number from two, up to five bedrooms (5 couples) depending on the size of your group. Alternatively, it can be provided as a two bedroom unit with a self contained apartment comprising double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sitting room with double sofabed, TV, stereo and kitchenette, together with own sundeck and entrance. The Blue room has the capacity for up to 3 beds and 4 beds in the Silver room so the 2 bedroom rental can sleep up to 7 singles without the sofa bed.

For larger groups/families the Red room can be a triple, and the Yellow room up to 4 beds, making 10 & 14 respectively. The Burgundy room is a twin or double, so a maximum of 16 can be accommodated in the entire unit using these additional facilities.
