Description
Dominique Villa is located on the gently sloping hillside of Emerald Cove. It's a truly dramatic and luxurious home in a spectacular setting, in a gated residence. The property is located at the waters edge with a panoramic ocean view of the East Coast. It has three levels with an upper master suite, an entry-level second suite, a charming living room and patio, with den, and several dining nooks. The lower level has two bedrooms and a small children's room.
There is alfresco dining on the lower patio and pool deck. And just a short walk takes you through the garden gates to your own private beach!
Villa Notes:
Tipping of the staff is expected, with a general guideline of $2 per each member of staff per day.
15 minutes to both airport and St. Johns.
14-night minimum required during Christmas/New Years season - Please call and inquire for rates.
