Yepton Estate Cottages - Antigua

Yepton Estate Cottages is a very private development featuring only 4 individual self-catering cottages, located on a natural salt lagoon where Pelicans, Herons, Hummingbirds, West Indian Whistling Ducks and a host of other birds from many continents find refuge in the winter and visit during the summer – all this in 6-minutes walk of a quarter mile white sandy beach called Hog John Bay, also known as Yepton Beach.

Each Cottage features:

· A little boat is docked at the waters edge and we have a
couple of fishing rods for those who wish to do some fishing.

The cottages are ideal for the all-inclusive-weary and nature lovers who like to explore the island and all her wonderful beaches and restaurants. If you are here on business, you can relax in pleasant surroundings with all modern conveniences at your fingertips. There are no organized events or entertainment but if you wish to spend an afternoon creating a painting, or chatting about trains or about the island, this can be arranged.

Studio Cottages are suitable for 2 persons sharing a King bed.

1-Bedroom Cottages are larger and allow for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 11. A King bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area provide
ample sleeping space.

All units are smoke free – but large ashtrays are available on the terraces and by the pool.
The 1-Bedroom Cottage has wheelchair access.

Our rates are subject to a 10% gratuity and a 8.5% government tax.
