Club Med was the best vacation ever. My daughter and I were treated like special guests from the moment we arrived.
Thank you James, Alison at reception, Ari, Tannis, and the fabulous Mr. Lincoln on staff. Patrick was an amazing chef, Mark and the Iceman, and Sarah in excursions were all entertaining and fun.
It was a safe enviroment to relax and enjoy the beautiful facillity.

We were nine couples... and each of us had a blast! With 18 people, you would think there would be some kind of mishap - not at all! We relaxed, we partied, we got crazy, we did it all and not one of us complained.
The food was great, and the chocolate bread was to die for... I'd love the recipe. It was painfully hot, though. Thanks to the awesome bartenders, we got over the heat fast. My love to Hendel, what a super "Chef de Village". I (we) loved it! |

This was my first vacation in years and I'm so glad I came here. They offered good food, drinks and atmosphere. The staff was extremely nice and the accommodations were clean and adequate for their purpose.
I recommend doing as many activites as you can and joining the competitions at the end of week.
Kudos to Paula, the most awesome photographer I know. Thanks, Paula. The guys at the office all love the shots. |

This was our fourth Club Med trip. The beach was beautiful, the village was romantic, and all the GOs were very nice (especially Chad and Becky from Canada). Thanks, guys, for making this trip extra special! |

My trip to Club Med with my mother and brother was one of the best experiences of the year!
Not only did we have a delightful time sunning ourselves on the beach, kicking back by the clean pool, watching the shows performed by the GOs, or simply eating a healthy, delicious meal, but we met the most wonderful people here. There were people here from all over the world (Germany, France, USA, Canada).
We went in April, which was the prime season to go due to the wonderful warm, yet non-humid temperature. Also, scuba diving here was a treat since there were vast treasures to be seen underwater.
All in all, our vacation to Club Med at Paradise Island was wonderful and interesting and just a great way to get away from New York city and its crazy atmosphere. |

My husband and I just got back from Club Med about two hours ago, and it was great!
The beach was the best, it was very clean and had beautiful water! The food was all buffet and was very good with lots of choices to pick from. We arrived on the 10th during a "cool" spell, and it was a bit chilly for two days. But the rest of the days were warm and perfect!
My only tiny, minor complaint was that we were told there were in-between snacks, but it was only crackers! Make sure you don't miss a meal, or you will be very hungry!
We also noticed that the French guests were treated a bit nicer, since Club Med is French, but it was not a problem. We would love to come back again soon! |

Once again, we had a wonderful time. The grounds are very clean and extremely well kept. The food is fabulous (anything you could possibly want). The beach is warm and the water is crystal clear. The GOs are extremely helpful, funny and talented.
See you soon, Club Med! |

Never having been to this area before, we really didn't know what to expect. The weather was wonderful, the beaches were spectacular and the facilities were comfortable and easily accessible.
We were greeted warmly and the staff was helpful and attentive without being smothering. The food was absolutely the best. Thanks for a fabulous time! |

I had never been out of the states before, and I cannot wait to go back to Club Med Paradise Island! We had a wonderful time.
Our room was right on the ocean and had a beautiful view. There were not a ton of people on the beach, so it was very relaxing. The food was excellent! Try the white chocolate bread, you will eat a lot of it.
I do hope to go back sometime really soon. I highly recommend Club Med Paradise Island. The staff was friendly and outgoing. I went with a group of girls, but next time I hope to bring my boyfriend here. |

My sister and I took a vacation to Paradise Island - first time at Club Med. We would most definitely go back.
We had asked around about what to see and do while on our trip...everyone said to take the Exzuma Boat Excursion. We really enjoyed this trip and it was the one that you got the most for your money. We also did the dolphin swim. This was a dream for both of us.
The Club Med Staff was a well trained and outstanding group of people who made our trip wonderful.

I was here for a week. It's an awesome place for couples. They have crystal clear, calm water for floating and swimming. It is a much more relaxed atmosphere than the crowded, chaotic Atlantis next door, and it has the best white sand beach on that end of the island.
The staff is very nice, and the SCUBA staff is flexible and friendly. The guests are a nice mixture of French, Italian, North American- mostly couples, but a few singles and families. A little knowledge of French goes a long way. |

This was my first time to Club Med. My husband had been several times. So, he had filled me in on what to expect. The grounds were well landscaped. The rooms were very comfortable.
We had a great time meeting people and playing many of the sports. The tennis courts were very well maintained for clay. There was something for everyone going on all the time.
We arrived at the time of year when many GO's were relocating. So, the real "team" atmosphere was lacking in a few areas. This could be from uncertainty in job and/or just not comfortable with the new GO's.
For the most part, the GO's were great! We only had one GO who was very rude. His name was Jack. Most of the GO's worked very hard to mix and mingle. It was apparent by the third day that Jack just wanted to score with the ladies and hung out at the pool.
Several of the guests (as well as us) witnessed him on the "sports award night" tell another GO to get off the stage. This was no way to speak to co-workers for any reason. And this was also how he spoke to guests - including me.
We were not the only guests to find him rude. I found his demeanor and work ethic lacking. I should have spoken with the Chief of the Village, but it was my honeymoon and I did not want to spoil it. So, we stayed away from the areas where he was working and just ignored him. The Chief of the Village was very cool and fun!
All in all, everyone was great! The food was great! And yes, I agree with Reay from Toronto, it was very much a "couple" place. It was our honeymoon as well. I will positively go back, but I hope Jack is not there! |

My wife and I have stayed at Paradise Island on three occasions, and have already booked a fourth trip for this September.
It truly lives up to its name, and now with the upgrades of drinks and other things, I can hardly wait to arrive.
We have traveled all over the world, and Paradise Island is our favorite place of all! |

A great place where I'll be sure to return to. Visited: April 2002 |

We were there for three full days. It was a great place to relax and unwind. When my best friend, Wasan and I went, not many people walked the beautiful grounds during the day, making the days very peaceful.
Mealtimes were meant for socializing and getting better aquainted with the staff (who ate with us). It was funny how we didn't notice the amount of people staying here until we went to eat.
The nights were very high energy. It was as if the nightclub was meant for the GOs, rather than the guests. It was alright for my friend and me, since we were of the same age group, but I don't think others outside that bracket really enjoyed themselves.
The GOs were generally really helpful, though I was a bit disappointed with the GOs accompanying the one-hour snorkeling retreat. They weren't much help to those who never snorkeled before, nor did they seem to care whether people knew how to swim. I'm surprised nobody drowned both times we went.
Believe what everyone says when they say that the white chocolate bread was good. Be sure that you request in advance for a loaf to bring home for about $5.00. Trust me, you will want to give some to your family. I brought some home, and I wish I had brought more. It was so good.
The food was delicious! Each meal was very tasty and quite filling. The meals offered all sorts of different foods. Be sure to taste their Guava Papaya juice.
Do not buy a strawberry marguarita from the bar. It tasted awful! It was the first and last drink I bought here. Your best bet is to go to Atlantis, which was five minutes away to get one, although it may depend on the bartender.
In addition, despite what you may have heard, there were no hammocks on the premises.
All in all, it was a great place to go. There was a lot of stuff to do, and only moments away from town and other fabulous attractions. This was the first resort I've ever been to and I was quite satisified and will return soon. |

Our stay at Paradise Island Club Med was absolutly amazing!
The staff was so friendly and willing to help in any situatuation. Our planes had been held up all day so we ended up arriving at 2:30 a.m. after running from terminal to terminal not having a chance to eat all day. The staff at Club Med waited up for us to finally get there and even had a snack waiting.
While we were there, we enjoyed scuba diving. We did two shark dives and saw about five or six sharks. We also did two wreck dives. The water was so warm and the visibility was great! If you don't have you divers certification, they also offer free snorkling trips everyday. We saw plenty of fish there too.
As you have heard in the other reviews, the food at any Club Med was unbelievable! They changed the menu theme every day. Whether it was Mexican, French, Mediterranian, etc., the food options were endless and we were never unsatisfied. Don't miss out on the white chocolate bread - soft, moist bread with chunks of white chocolate that melt in your mouth. You've never tasted any thing like it I'm sure.
We also played a lot of tennis while we were there on their many courts. The beaches were beautiful, with white sand and turquoise water. We also did some sailing. We had only sailed a couple of times before, but by the time the sailing team was done with us, we were pros. They were so helpful, friendly and patient!
There was also aerobics on a daily basis, which was great after all that food.
I would deffinatly come back to Paradise Island. I met a lot of very nice people - some of who I still keep in touch with. The staff was great, too.
I highly recommend this location to families with older children, couples and singles. |

We stayed for three days and nights and loved every minute of it.
We were there during the Olympics, and were quite impressed to have CBC-TV. We also found all of the staff to be very friendly, especially William and Bannana, in food and beverage. |

My husband and I went in January and had the vacation of a lifetime.
The food was fantastic and the desserts were amazing, not to mention the free wine and beer (just go to the refrigerator and take it - as much as you want) - amazing.
The staff was always smiling and made us feel like family. They actually came and sat down next to us just to say hello and to see how everything is going.
The room was terrific, especially the brand new bathroom. Our room, just feet from the ocean, had a spectacular view. The air conditioning was quiet and cold, just the way we like it. The watersports were a blast, as well as the beach bar (no sandals required). The nightly entertainment was fun and the Cuban band at the disco one night was incredible. I also highly recommend a massage - it was blissful.
Our friends took the one day Abaco tour and said it was the best tour they have ever been on (high speed boat, lunch on the beach, feeding iguanas, etc.). We were sorry we missed that. The two snorkeling trips a day were great - all included, of course. The ferry into town, right in back of the main restaurant was fast and convenient, we took it three times.
Special thanks go out to the wonderful GOs, especially Bart Simpson and Gecko. They kept us in stiches. The surprise guest GO tennis tournament left me holding my sides from laughing so hard.
The pool and grounds were beautiful, very Gatsby-like. The beach restaurant was great. It was so convenient to just walk up from the sand, get a bottle of wine, go to the buffet, take a seat and enjoy the breeze.
A walk over to Atlantis was a must. The water tank and grounds were truly a sight. But for us, we could not wait to get back to Club Med and prepare for a wonderful night at the restaurant, more entertainment and then a walk on the beach back to our room - heavenly.
Tomorrow ... golf, archery, another massage, and relaxing on the beach - what more could you want. Go, you will love it! |

I’d like to start by thanking Club Med on Paradise Island for their hospitality. It was the best vacation I’ve ever been on. The GO’s did such a wonderful job on all of the nightly shows. The beautiful white-sand beaches had clear-blue water, which was refreshing and relaxing! |
