Cocodimama Charming Resort

Cocodimama Charming Resort is located right on a white sand beach on the Caribbean side of Eleuthera, 6 miles from the capital , Governor's Harbour. It is a villa resort designed in colonial Bahamian style. There are twelve rooms in three colorful cottages located within a tropical garden, and each enjoy the view of sparkling Caribbean waters.

Rooms are fitted with teak furniture from Bali and modernized with Italian ceramics. Each room is en suite and has a patio with a hammock. There is air conditioning, as well as a ceiling fan, hairdryer and CD player in each room. Double rooms have a king size bed and the twin rooms have two twin size beds. Complimentary room service and cordless phones are available on request.

In the comfortable Main House lobby there is a small boutique, a bar with satellite TV, VCR, and DVD player, a collection of books and CDs which be can borrowed, as well as Internet access. There is a restaurant terrace where tropical cocktails are served while guests enjoy the views of a Caribbean sunset while relaxing to classical music.

Guests are welcome to use the windsurfer, kayaks, hobiecat and snorkeling equipment at no extra charge, or start up a game of bocceball or beach volleyball! Guests can also take a bicycle and go for a ride.

The beach is also a great place for bone fishing. The resort can organize scuba diving outings, deep sea fishing trips, or a round of golf. Other options include a picnic on one of Eleuthera's wonderful beaches, or a trip to the fashionable Harbour Island.

In the evening, the Italian chef offers a superlative combination of Italian tastes and local recipes - with the specialty being fresh fish. It's an elegant dinner, although it's never formal.
