The fully-furnished, luxury villas include: maid service, fully-equipped kitchen, 2-3 bathrooms, master bath with jacuzzi tub, air-conditioning, wrap around verandas on first and second floors, washer/dryer, satellite TV, open concept living, dining, kitchen areas, and gas BBQ.

Concierge-style service available to rental guests includes shopping services for groceries, shuttle service to town, and assistance planning activities ranging from boat rentals, guided island tours and diving/snorkeling excursions to world-class deep sea fishing, scooter rentals and special access to the spa facilities and Greg-Norman designed golf course at the nearby Four Seasons Resort at Emerald Bay.

Enjoy a refreshing morning or afternoon set of tennis at the new February Point Tennis Club. Two cushion surfaced courts with net and lines to U.S.T.A specifications are well lit for evening play as well as daytime. Or just sit and relax in the Tennis Club lounge with a refreshing drink and cheer your friends and family on from the sidelines. Memberships are available for daily, monthly or annual use.

The full-service marina can accommodate up to 50 boats, and is located in the calm, sheltered waters off Pirates Point. Residents and visitors benefit by having a safe and secure place to dock their boats for short or long term. Most people quickly learn that boats can be easier and more enjoyable way to get around than by car. The marina is a great starting point for a day of fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving or taking off to enjoy a picnic lunch on a neighboring deserted island!
