This is the best hotel in Eleuthera. Visited: July 2009 |

| We stumbled upon Cocodimama after touring multiple hotels on the island. We were completely blown away. It was modern, fresh, stylish, romantic, comfortable, clean, beautiful and just perfect. The beds were amazing; the beach was superb; the restaurant was delicious; and the staff, owners, bartender and management were all fantastic. I recommend it all around as the ideal place to stay. I can't wait to go back. |

| The owners and staff of Cocodimama are top notch. If you've never been to Eleuthera before, let me tell you excellent customer service is rare there. The cottages were right on the water, cutely furnished and extremely clean (another rarity in Eleuthera). The food at the restaurant was amazing - we had fresh snapper, homemade pasta, great fresh salads and pineapple tart - all superb. The beach at the resort (Alabaster Beach) was stunning - we found tons of conch shells, starfish and sand dollars. We're very much looking forward to staying at Cocodimama next year. |

South Palmetto Beach House offers simple elegance in paradise. Visited: December 2007 |

| This apartment on the second floor is 60 feet from the water. The accommodations are spacious and simple. The beach is called "bonefish flats" because of the bonefish habitat and fishing. The beach is simply one of the finest in the world. It is 300 feet out until you reach your chest, and you are surrounded in crystal clear blue water with white sand underfoot. |

| The pictures don't do the villa or the beach justice. It is ideal! The villa is spectacular, and has everything one could want on vacation and more. The dune deck is seconds from the house, and is perfect to relax on all day. From there, hop down to great snorkeling and swimming all day long. We never left this place the whole vacation. And, the great caretakers would bring us surprise desserts and fish. Who would ever leave this paradise? |

| This property has been closed since 1999 after it was blown away by a hurricane. It has the most beautiful beach in the world though. Visit Governors Harbor if you ge the chance. Club Med Beach is wonderful. | |

This facility is closed! Needs major reinvestment. Visited: February 2003 |

| This facility is nestled on a beautiful stretch of beach, however, the place is in need of major work. Club Med was a neighbor to the house I rented this past February 2003 and I enjoyed walking by wondering what was and what could be someday. At the time, Club Med was not open and was in poor condition. I mean poor -- roofs, railings and windows were damaged or non-existent. Air conditioners were removed from all rooms. Trash and building pieces litter the landscaping. I would advise you remove this listing from WhereToStay.com until the property is open and accepting reservations. | |

Best vacation I ever had. Visited: March 2000 |

| From the minute we arrived on the island, the hospitality of all was amazing. The resort was just a short ride away, and all of the anticipation was worth it. It was the most carefree, easy going, and relaxing vacation ever! The staff was pleasant, and fun. The rooms (no distractions whatsoever) were so comfortable. The kids’ clubs were a great way for my husband and I to get in some quiet time together. I am planning on returning next year as well. |

| From the twilight touchdown on the tarmac to the final farewell by the trident 8 days later, it was a fantasy trip come true. Where do I start? The views, the food, the staff, the power walks at dawn, the games led by Teach and Cat, the sailing, the snorkeling, the thrill of the trapeze, the rush of being on stage in the nightly revue. Superb, all of it, resulting in indelible memories and an overpowering urge to return. Thank you all. |
