A Grand Bahama Island travel review

I stayed here for a week in June 2008 .
The room was not ready, and was filthy (with old cotton buds on floor). Most of the staff seemed lazy and ignorant (although some were friendly).
Also, the food was of very poor quality and repetitive. The manager walked around seemingly oblivious to how poorly run the hotel is.
In addition, the bar staff was too busy either chatting amongst themselves or chatting up female guests to provide proper service.
The location was excellent. It is a pity the same cannot be said about the hotel. |
