Q: We are coming to Barbados for Old Years Night 2009/2010. Where can I find a list of events? We are not looking to do dinner, but we'd like to go to a nice party where we can get dressed up, enjoy some drinks, etc. Ideas? I can't seem to find anything that's up to date online! Answer

A: st. lawrence gap is place for action on new years eve (or old years night as it's called in barbados). in the past, they charge one price to party throughout the gap...perhaps a destination expert could confirm. outside the gap, most of the clubs would have a party - harbour lights, taboo, club xtreme to name a few. have a look at www.kadooment.com under events where they list the parties that are going on. there are two listed now but keep checking as the date draws closer.
