Q: Hi, I am going to Barbados with a friend my age (mid-late 20s) and we're wondering what nightlife you can recommend (if any)? We are single guys looking to meet up with some ladies, whether locals, tourists, or both! We're staying in St. James at Sandy Lane Hotel.

Sounds like St. Lawrence Gap and Bridgetown offer the best nightlife, but you can find it anywhere in Barbados. As far as your search for Barbados babes, well, good luck. ;)
