Sundown Villa is a lovely newly constructed villa built in January of 2004. The house is located opposite the world famous Mullins Beach, with fantastic views of the ocean. It is tastefully decorated and includes the latest in entertainment equipment, including a two Plasma TVs, surround sound stereo system, DVD player, high speed internet connection and many other modern facilities.
There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite, three bedrooms have ocean views. The master bedroom and the second bedroom upstairs have king size beds. The third bedroom upstairs has two double beds and the fourth bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed.
The house also has a large pool and beautifully landscaped gardens.
